We had an incredible stay at the Barn Cottage! It was our son's first birthday, and we were looking to get away from the city to celebrate as a new family of three (and our pup makes four!). This home was perfect for this. Our days consisted of hikes, swims and experiencing a lot of nature (saw a herd of deer one evening in the backyard!)Linnea was a wonderful host, who gave us our privacy but was also available to answer any questions. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again soon!

This rental was as good as it gets. Beautiful property inside and out. Friendly hosts who took care of all our needs and then some. Our dog loved it with the large grassy yard and easy access to the rail trail right in the back of the property. Would most definitely stay there again.

The hosts were lovely and this sweet cottage was cozy and comfortable. They provided everything you would ever need above and beyond any other VRBO I have stayed in. Loved the Tow path right behind their beautiful property and Ringing Rocks minutes away. I would highly recommend it. And we would stay there again.

Very pleasant stay. Beautiful property and cottage. Just cross the street to the deck over looking the Delaware river, very peaceful. Also, you’re minutes away from restaurants, parks, and shopping. Had a great stay and we will be back in the summer.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for my weekend birthday getaway and we had the best time! The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, everything we wanted! It wasn’t quite warm enough for us to use the pool, but the pool was big, clear, and clean! We also brought our 10 year old pup. It’s rare to find pet friendly rentals (that allow bigger dogs), so for that we were thankful.The property grounds are absolutely stunning. It is very obvious that Linnea and Kevin take great pride in their landscape. The surrounding towns were charming and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We explored the nearby “Ringing Rocks”, super cool!The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc so we were able to cook our meals. We played board games and enjoyed the peace! We would absolutely stay here again!

The Barn Cottage is one of our favorite trips. I think it's the fifth time we have stayed there....and will continue to return, if invited Linnea is a wonderful host...the Cottage is immaculate and sooo cozy. The property grounds, which has access to a towpath, is a great plus! We always enjoy many walks with my pup.
