Newly renovated Waterfront condo with amazing views, private beach, pool & more

Just renovated modern corner end unit with one bed/one bath and additional bunkbed alcove on the beach in fantastic private community. The condo complex includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 5 tennis courts, private beach, board walks, and large fishing pier. Ideal location in walking distance from the train, short bike or 2 minute car ride into town or shopping at Gosman’s Dock, and in walking distance to some of Montauk’s best restaurants and bars which include Navy Beach, Surf Lodge, Duryea’s, and Montauket.

We offer a 10% discount for Weekly (7 night minimum stay) and 15% discount for Monthly (28 night minimum stay) bookings.

Great for couples or single family (kids welcome). Adults 30+ years old preferred. This corner unit has a blend of privacy and convenience with AMAZING views of Navy Beach. Private sun-deck, fully equipped high end kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, king size bed, bunkbeds (full and twin) and queens size pullout couch.

Laundry facility is located at pool house, there is a gated entrance, WiFi, Cable, 65in Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of parking at the condo’s front door which is included.

No pets, no smoking, no large parties greater than 5, responsible individuals only. All renters MUST be listed, this is a quiet and respectful beach community.

Long Weekend in Montauk

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our 4-night stay! This condo is clean, modern, fully stocked, and very comfortable. It has an awesome view of the bay - a perfect place to watch the sunset. Blake, the host, is very responsive and very nice. We highly recommend this property.

A beautiful Gem

It’s always a bit exciting the first time you enter a new vacation rental, as you never really know what you get. But I promise you, when you enter this gem of a place you will get a big smile on your face. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The living room/ kitchen is flooded with natural light and from here you can enjoy the amazing views of Fort Pond Bay. If you step out on the deck in the morning you will hear the birds chirping and may even see a deer passing by. In the evening, when the sun goes down you will experience sunsets that color the sky yellow, pink, orange and red. It’s Absolutely breathtaking. Also know that Blake and Debra are very sweet, accommodating and available. They will make sure the check-in/ and out process goes smoothly and help you in any way during your stay to make it comfortable. So, thank you Blake and Debra for letting us have this experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Blake and Debbie were wonderful hosts and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even left us some wine for our 35th anniversary! Could not beat the location, right on water with amazing sunsets. Condo was well stocked and exceptionally clean. We can't wait to come back!

A perfect getaway

My wife, daughter and I had the most enjoyable time here. Conveinet location, spotless home and amazing amentities. The deck has amazing views and full sun and the unit was close to the pool. We could have stayed another week happily. Can't wait to return next year.

We had the best week here in Montauk. The unit somehow looks even better in person. It was clean, well organized and nicely decorated. The views (especially at sunset) are simply breathtaking. The kids loved the daily walks to the pier and the rocky beach. The pool was also a favorite and nice and warm. Blake was a terrific host and very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular mid-winter sunsets.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate cozy condo. Walked on the beach daily and took many pictures of the views (and wildlife) from the balcony including the awesome sunsets.

Was extremely pleased with our stay.
