Atlantic - hidden on the old river - exclusive / modern / special Our apartment Atlantic offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy sitting area (and additional sleeping space), a comfortable shower room and an adjoining bedroom with a double bed. Enjoy the sun on your own terrace with a beach chair. The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation: B. Flat-TV, stereo radio / CD, and complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Einmal mehr Warnemünde

Schöne Unterkunft mit kompletter Ausstattung, es fehlte nichts, schade nur, dass es aufgrund der Corona-Maßnahmen sehr kahl wirkte, aber das kündigte man uns freundlicher Weise an. Wir hatten die Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss mit Blick zur Straße, somit auch auf die Parkmöglichkeit. Im Sommer sicherlich etwas unglücklich, wenn man draußen sitzen möchte, aber auch das ist kein Problem. Kurzer Weg zum Alten Strom, würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und selbst wieder buchen.

Nicht verständlich ist, dass man für die Endreinigung den vollen Preis zahlen muss, obwohl viele Arbeiten ( Abziehen des Bettes, Müll rausbringen ) selbst durchgeführt werden sollen und müssen. Dass mussten wir erstmals erleben!!!!!

Rundum ein gelungenes Urlaubserlebnis,super Betreuung,sehr saubere Unterkunft.Kleine Terrasse,aber das ist i.O.In dieser Lage zum Strand in ca 10-15 Minuten, am Alten Strom in zwei Minuten.Einzigster Makel, doch Verkehr durch die Straße zu hören.

Sehr unruhige Wohnung. Von allen Seiten sehr laut.

Direkt vor dem Fenster Parkplatz. Nur nicht für unser Auto.Musten Unser Auto paar Strassen weiter parken für 7 Euro pro Tag.draussen sitzen ist nicht entspannend.
