Take advantage of this reduced rate due to neighbors construction. This ultra high end newly built house features an expansive open floor plan with 11 ft ceilings on the 1st floor and features over 1200 Sq ft of decking in the back. The beach is across the street and and down the block about 3 or 4 houses. Or you can enjoy the pool area if you are not feeling the beach. When you walk out through the sliders in back you enter an Oasis of luxury. You feel as though you have escaped to a 5 Star resort. There is a pool with an expansive deck equipped with six loungers and umbrella covered patio set for eating or just having a drink. There is an outdoor shower just outside of the mudroom. Relax under the covered deck in the back which overlooks the Bay. Enjoy the Ocean breezes on the outdoor sectional while watching the ballgame on the outside mounted TV. Inside features a billiard room, two rooms with a fireplace. There is a dining room for large gatherings. The 2nd floor has 5 nice size bedrooms with 4 full baths. The Master bedroom opens up to an outdoor sitting area overlooking the Bay. There is a washer dryer on the 1st and 2nd floors. The 3rd floor is set up with 3 beds and a TV area with a sectional. This house was designed with entertainment and high end luxury in mind. You won't find many rentals of this caliber. This is one of a kind.

Stunning Mantoloking Family Home!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and well-appointed. Everything you need & more! Very short walk to beach. Beautiful bay sunset views. Plenty of room for family. We all loved it!
