Hi Jennifer I am very disappointed for your review, since your complain was only because your plans changed. Yes, unfortunately sometimes we get a tenant that will do anything to get out without pay. Just want to let you know that VRBO paid us the money that you owe us, because we were able to proof that your complain wasn’t right.

Overall very pleased with our stay. Location was very convenient to main roads and within a few minutes to shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and we used that every day. Backyard felt very private with landscaping and fence. Kitchen well stocked with utensils for in home meals. Beds comfortable with nice linens. My only minor issue was the air conditioner during the daytime. It was very hot during our stay and it was a struggle for the ac to maintain mid 70s with all doors and windows completely shut and secured.

The house was exactly as listed. Clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. The king size bed was very comfortable. The pool had not been cleaned prior to us arriving. We reached out to the host and she made sure it was taken care of within a day. After that, it was just as described and shown in the pictures. The location was convenient. Siesta Key public beach was only a 15-20 minute drive and it was one of the most beautiful, well-kept beaches we have ever visited. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again sometime.
