Cozy 1-room attic apartment for 2 people,

You can expect a small cozy comfortable 1-room apartment on two levels in a small semi-detached house with separate entrance.
Your car can be parked directly on the property of the apartment. In the basement there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor, separate oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, incl. A small endowment pepper, salt, vinegar + oil, coffee and tea for the day of arrival and two dining tables with a beautiful view in the apple orchard, which may like to be used by you.
The renovated bathroom with bath and shower is also located in the basement.
The living and sleeping area with approximately 28 m² on the top floor has a bed 180 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and two chairs, table, television and consumer electronics.

Various shops (self-service and drugstore) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The bedroom is very cozy and the kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. There is a Lidl and Aldi directly in front of the house as well as a bus stop with routes directly to Lübeck Hbf and Lübecker Aldstadt. Fresh apples from the back yard are a real treat! The host was very kind and patient with us during check-in despite us not being able to speak German well.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Lübeck und Umgebung. Parken direkt am Haus, Fahrradtouren zum Müggenbusch durch wunderschöne Landschaft und ins Stadtzentrum - alles gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft blitzsauber und gut ausgestattet. Abends konnten wir im idyllischen Garten sitzen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Für einen verlängerten Wochenendaufenthalt die perfekte Unterkunft. Super freundlicher Gastgeber und die Wohnung ist richtig klasse ausgestattet. Man sollte jedoch keine körperlichen Probleme haben, der Aufstieg in das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer ist recht steil.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingericht. Toller Garten mit schönem Sitzplatz. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar. Bushaltestelle direkt beim Haus. Super Busverbindungen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter was diese Ferienwohnung angeht. Für uns ist das der ideale Ausgangspunkt für alle unsere Unternehmungen wenn wir Lübeck besuchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles ganz nah, Bushaltestelle unmittelbar in der Nähe. Kurze Wege Richtung Autobahn, Bahnhof auch nicht weit weg. Parken vor der Ferienwohnung, Gartenbenutzung möglich. Für zwei Personen bestens geeignet und dazu ein schönes, großes Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet vieles als Ausstattung. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder, vorausgesetzt die Wohnung ist nicht anderweitig gebucht.

Ein freundlicher, empathischer Gastgeber und eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Viele gut durchdachte Details, wie z.B. die kleinen Bewegungsmelder überall, die nachts den Gang ins Bad erleichterten, usw. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Lübeck kommen, würden wir dieses Domizil wieder auswählen. Die Lage war zwar nicht sehr ruhig, aber auf der anderen Seite war es optimal, Aldi, Lidl und Rossmann gleich gegenüber zu haben. Und auch die Bushaltestelle.Wir haben die Zeit in Lübeck genossen.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet

Die Ferienwohnung entpuppte sich als Ferienhaus, das sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt. Eine steile Treppe verbindet die sich im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Räume und das im ersten Stock gelegene Wohn- und Schlafzimmer.Das Foto des Gartens zeigt nicht das aktuelle Aussehen desselben dar. Auch das Foto der Hausvorderseite zeigt nicht , wie das Haus in der Realität aussieht.Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut .

Lübeck erleben

Die Lage ist Super, kann kostenlos Parken. Es gibt sogar eine Bushaltestelle wo man schnell in die City kommt, alle 10 bis 15 Min fährt ein Bus. Aldi & Lidl vor der Haustür.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung hat viel Atmosphäre und ist top ausgestattet. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und auch ohne Auto vor Ort gut klar gekommen.

Super schoene, kleine Ferienwohnung, perfekt fuer 2 Personen. Sie enthaelt alles, was man fuer einen Aufenthalt benoetigt, ist sauber und gemuetlich Es war herrlich bei dem sehr warmen Wetter auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick in den Garten zu geniessen. Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten gegenueber auf der anderen Strassenseite. Und ein sehr netter Vermieter, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Eigentlich ist es ja ein Ferienhaus, Doppelhaushälfte. Lage ist super, Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wunderbarer Garten und im Haus ist alles für die Gäste vorbereiten, bis ins kleinste Detail.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung für zwei

Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen, unten Küche u. Bad, oben Fernsehecke und Schlafzimmer (Dach). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles ist sauber, neu und für eine Fewo gut ausgestattet. Hinten raus gibt es einen Apfelgarten mit Gartenmöbel und Grill. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Gegenüber dem Haus ist Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann und ein paar Schritte weiter ein Penny. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Für, aktuell 3,20 € kommt man bis Travemünde. Die Treppe ins OG ist etwas steil, aber gut beleuchtet. Wer weiträumigen Luxus will ist hier falsch. Wer aber eine kleine Wohnung mit Flair (und guter Ausstattung) will, ist genau richtig. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenso sehr gut. Eine Empfehlung von uns.
