Unique accommodation in a good location

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation, which had street parking and is just a short walk to the station or into town. Perfect for a short break and visiting Lubeck. Our host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Richard and Angela

more than just a cute hideaway

We enjoyed a 3 week stay in this unique property and would love to come again for another stay. The location is in walking distance from the train station, the city centre and a variety of shopping places. some times car parking requires patience and creativity, but once parked everything else can be done by foot or public transport. The host was very professional and we experienced great support and hospitality when dealing with some unexpected challenges. It was a cute and cozy home-away-from-home for us and is recommended to everyone who appreciates real value for money.

Unique, comfortable apartment

There are many "positives" about this apartment. The price is excellent. The location in a residential neighborhood is a short walk from the train and the old town and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. Though small, the apartment is carefully laid out so that we were comfortable and never felt cramped or crowded. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Set back from the street, it was quiet and private. Future renters should be aware that this is not appropriate for anyone with mobility limitations. Access requires going down a few fairly narrow outside stairs into the main building's cellar. After walking through the basement, there are a few more outside stairs into an enclosed garden area. At the back of the garden is the rental apartment. Photos of the apartment show that there is a rather steep stairway with narrow treads and rope railings between the two floors of the apartment. Access is probably comfortable and safe for most adults.

Ein wirklich hübsches kleines Häuschen nahe dem Zentrum von Lübeck. Man muss zwar durch den Keller gehen, um hinzukommen, aber gut, dagegen haben wir überhaupt nichts einzuwenden, und das wurde ja auch klar beschrieben. Das Häuschen ist rustikal eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Ideal für zwei Personen im Urlaub für ein paar Tage. Das Holstentor kann man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Penny, Aldi...) und einen Pizza-Lieferdienst gibt es um die Ecke.Wenn man mittags kommt, kann man vielleicht sogar einen Parkplatz vor der Tür ergattern. Lübeck lohnt sich!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, um Lübeck zu entdecken.Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.Ein großes Lob an die Gastgeber: Bei meinem Aufenthalt war es sehr heiß und es wurden für eventuelle zusätzliche Duschen mehr Hand- und Duschtücher bereitgelegt. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam.Vielen Dank dafür und mein nächster Lübeck-Aufenthalt wird definitiv wieder hier sein

Haustierfreundlich und alles da was man so benötigt. Zentrale gute Umgebung, Bahnhofsnah und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso gut fussgängig erreichbar. Parkplätze kann man zu Stoßzeiten Probleme bekommen. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Zeit gehabt

Gehzeit zum Hbf; freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin; das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt; sehr steile Treppe zum Obergeschoss für Ältere vielleicht etwas schwierig; "Oase" inmitten von mehrstöckigen Mietshäusern

Logement bien situé en termes de distance du centre ville mais dans un environnement peu engageant. Code d'accès ne fonctionne pas. Accès chambre et salle de bain par échelle de meunier. Logement propre et assez bien équipé malgré un microonde qui ne fonctionne pas. Hote cooperatif

Die nachfolgenden Gäste hatten keine Probleme mit dem Zugangscode! ..?? .. Leiter ins OG?? Jemanden der weder die Beschreibung des Objektes liest, noch sich die Bilder ansieht, ist einfach nicht mehr zu helfen. Die defekte Mikrowelle ist uns leider nicht aufgefallen. Das durchchecken aller technischen Geräte nach dem Auszug von Gästen ist leider kaum möglich. Insofern sind wir auf die Mithilfe der Gäste angewiesen. Wir können jedoch versichern daß benannte Mängel unverzüglich beseitigt werden. Was uns so manches mal wundert: es gibt Gäste denen offensichtlich nicht klar ist, das sie eine Ferienwohnung gemietet haben, deren Kosten unterhalb der Kosten in der Jugendherberge liegen (dort jedoch ohne Küche, mit Gemeinschaftsbad und Doppelstockbetten).

Ferienwohnung Lübinchen

Die Wohnung ist Tip Top !! Alles sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt ! Die beiden Vermieter Angelika und Olaf sind beide super nett und zuvorkommend! Aus unserer Sicht hatten wir sofort ein freundschaftliches miteinander! Alles ist schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen ( Einkauf, Innenstadt, etc.) Lübeck ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit schönen Radwegen rundherum !!Da ist eine Woche schnell rum! Das Auto kann man sehr gut ein paar Tage stehen lassen! Wir werden die Ferienwohnung gerne wieder besuchen!

Bei einer zukünftigen Buchung wird die Reinigungsgebühr erstattet, da das Häuschen tip top zurückgegeben wurde. Auch für die nicht in Anspruch genommenen Übernachtungen werden wir eine Lösung finden. Ruhiges Häuschen in Stadtnähe

Vollständig und nett eingerichtet, auf zwei Etagen, sehr ruhig. Die mit "steil" angegebene Treppe ist sehr steil und leider kann man sein Fahrrad nicht mit aufs Grundstück nehmen. Kein Problem, wenn man mit den Bully kommt. Mit dem Rad sind es knapp 5 Minuten zum Holstentor, zu Fuß haben wir es nicht probiert.Wir haben vier Tage dort sehr genossen inmitten von Vögeln und Eichhörnchen. Nicht zu vergessen die Nette Gastgeberin.

Der Hinweis auf die Abstellmöglichkeit von Fahrrädern ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Alle bisherigen Gäste mit Fahrrädern (>20) haben die Fahrräder im Keller des Vorderhauses deponiert.

En bra lägenhet för 2 personer

Positivt: Lägenheten var välstädad, nära till centrum, vi cyklade ner på 5 minuter, egen uteplats, lugnt område, värden var trevlig och gav oss en massa tips. Negativt: Väldigt brant trappa, parkering av bilen var katastrofal, fick leta väldigt länge efter parkeringsplats när man hade använt bilen. Men överlag en liten trevlig lägenhet.

Nette günstige Unterkunft in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Auch wenn der Zugang etwas ungewöhnlich ist, wartet dahinter eine gut versteckte, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Vor dem Haus kann man schön im Garten essen. Der Lübecker Hauptbahnhof ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, so dass es sich eine schöne Basis für Ausflüge ist. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Alles was man braucht.

Ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Eine sauberes Appartement mit alles was man braucht auf kleinen Raum ohne das es sich eng anfühlt. Und das alles auf Spazierabstand vom Zentrum von Lübeck. Was will man noch mehr? Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne nochmal.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft zentrumsnah gelegen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich! Einzig die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer ist recht steil, aber durchaus zu bewältigen und mit einem tollen Handlauf (Tau) gut zu nutzen! Perfekt ist auch die Möglichkeit zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten (wir waren erst gegen 23:30 Uhr da) einchecken zu können! Fehlen tut ein wenig ein W-Lan, aber der Handyempfang ist gut! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!
