Professionally Decorated,100 Yards to Beach, Shared Pool

Get the ultimate in luxury combining the space and privacy of a traditional beach villa with the typical amenities of a condominium! Large, roomy 2400 square foot 4 bedroom,4 bath home designed to accommodate the large family comfortably. All just steps away from beautiful Surfside Beach. Our home has a cathedral ceiling in the great room and 9' ceilings elsewhere. There are three porches to choose from when a late afternoon nap calls. The exterior features lavish landscaping and parking under the house as well as additional parking beside the shared 18'x42' pool. The home also has high speed internet and a BBQ grill for those nights when you just want to stay at home and relax!

Just south of the sometimes chaotic Myrtle Beach area, Surfside Beach offers a slightly slower pace. Here you will find great restaurants, a fantastic fishing pier, a water park, a live theater, and all the sand and water you can imagine. There are no high rises here! Surfside Beach is the Grand Strand's favorite family beach! JUNE, JULY, and AUGUST are Saturday to Saturday rental only.

Went for a quick weekend to the beach. It was the perfect location just a block away from the beach. We enjoyed the shared pool, it wasn’t huge but a nice option to have. The place was extremely clean and plenty of space. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Host was alway very quick to answer my questions about the property. Would stay definitely stay here again!

We chose to purchase a home at Surfside Beach due to the fact that our families have vacationed at this beach since we were children. Surfside Beach has beautiful wide sandy beaches that are not crowded and provided a wonderful family atmosphere.

While staying at our lovely beach home we enjoy many things! Fantastic dining with unlimited choices, two outstanding water parks, a mall that provides any and everything your heart desires, unique shops, challenging putt putt courses, and more golf courses than you could ever imagine all combine to make Surfside Beach the place to be!
