The Ward’s are amazing hosts! We absolutely adore our annual stay in their lovely Zephyr Mountain Lodge condo. Location is perfect and the condo has everything we need! Always love forward to our next visit! Thanks a zillion for a fabulous holiday!

Excellent location, but be aware that you can only have 1 car and parking is 30 per day.

Thanks for the nice review! We love our location! It’s one of the only true ski in and skin out locations in Winter Park! Yes the parking is $30/day in the Zephyr Lodge garage. And yes, there’s only one car allowed in that specific garage. However… there are many other garages available for public parking in Winter Park, thankfully. Glad you enjoyed the condo and location. Winter Park Wunderbar

Wonderful condo ski in ski out accessible to slopes, fun for family and any accommodations you desire! Owners very responsive to any needs / requests. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great ski trip!

Had a wonderful time staying here! Hosts were responsive and helpful. The location is perfect. Being able to ski in and out was so convenient and made the entire trip that much better. We had a blast and would gladly stay here again next time we go up to winter park!

Scott and Jen were awesome, especially considering they were out of town at the time of our visit! We had a couple of minor hiccups that were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The condo is truly ski in/ski out and within walking distance of all other resort amenities. Great weekend!!

Great memories

My family stayed in the Zephyr Lodge when our children were young with my Mom. Now that she is gone we all went back to celebrate her memory and make new ones!!It was fabulous!!

Great location

Incredible location. Condo was nice but can definitely use some updating. I’d recommend it for anyone that wants a true ski-in/ski-out condo with very easy access to the village.

Condo was as described in the listing. It was perfect for our family of 4 and we all enjoyed being able to ski right down to the gondola from the ski lockers.

Fabulous Location at Resort

We had a great trip to Winter Park and the location is ideal. Only concern is that we were expecting a queen-size bed in second bedroom but it is a double, which is a little difficult for a couple of old people who are used to a king.

Great property, location and owners

This property is just as nice as the pictures show. The location at The Village was great. The rooms were nice and the beds...so comfortable! Jennifer and Scott were absolutely wonderful. I never had an issue when trying to contact them with a question. We will definitely be staying here again.

Winter Park gem

This condo was so cute & convenient to ski out of with the gondola very close by! We rented skis from Winter Park resort & didn’t realize it was actually just downstairs. The town is so cute & walkable, we didn’t need to move our car from the parking lot the whole time. We will be back!!
