You can reach the apartment after 300 meters from the vaporetto stop, in a few minutes along the famous ancient streets of Venice. Great location in San Marco.

We really enjoyed our stay with easy access to Rialto and San Marco Square. We also visited Murano and Burano via reserved tours. If you desire to be in the heart of Venice, this is your spot!

Venice adventure!

The property is so spacious and comfortable. It has every conceivable kitchen appliance, utensils, and even food basics, also a great washing machine. It is very clean and the bathrooms are a very good size. The property is central to everything. Victoria and her mother Theresa were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Cigarette smoke throughout the apartment. It was so bad we had to leave after one night. I was told there were no reviews that contained this, so I want to make sure that people are informed. If you are a smoker, you may not notice. The towels and linens should also be replaced. They are very old. The location is great.

Great rental. City too crowded to enjoy!

Unfortunately when we arrived the vaparetto’s were on strike. And transporting our luggage over all those bridges and stairs proved to be too much. One member of our group fell and fractured her leg. The property manager was helpful getting an ambulance etc. The hospital is certainly a bit antiquated and the language barrier needs improvement. We missed our planned tours and I didn’t even see inside the Basillica. But I don’t think I will return. Venice did not charm me. Prayers for my friend for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.

Perfect location, good family apartment, and very roomy

I stayed at this location with my wife and 13yo kid. The apartment was well located near the Rialto bridge with only 2 small bridges to drag our luggage over. It is near a number of restaurants (one next to the door!). The apartment did have an old odor of cigarette smoke and permeated our clothing and even my CPAP machine, making it smell for days even after cleaning and that is why I marked the cleanliness a 4. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean and organized (5 stars). Dealing with the Victoria was very nice and she was extremely helpful. She worked well with us since our plane was not getting in early enough for a normal check in, and made sure that we could get into the apartment that evening. She was helpful with the transportation to the island, and on the island. Victoria was the highlight of the whole stay in the apartment, even thought we never met in person. The AC in the apartment was sufficient (but no fan-on lock) and the washer worked very well and a very nice clothing dryer rack was supplied. Kitchen was well appointed and had a large refrigerator. The electricity is fragile so make sure everything in the apartment is off if you use the oven.

Appartement bien rénové, très propre, placé au cœur de la cité vénitienne, proche de toutes commodités. Cet appartement offre de belles prestations d'ensemble et est idéalement placé pour profiter des merveilles de Venise (à 2 pas de la Fenice, entre la place Saint-Marc et le Rialto). Certes, on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue, mais c'est mieux que d'entendre le bruit de voiture! Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle pour un appartement destiné à 4 personnes, mais les ustensiles de cuisine sont plutôt nombreux. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle. Idéal pour une première visite à Venise.
