Great location! The host was very communicative and helpful. The place could have been a little cleaner (there were some dead flies in the bathroom), but the beds were clean and comfortable.

We found it somewhat difficult to find the property and had to wait approximately 30 minutes for someone to meet us and let us in. The apartment is well maintained and very comfortable. Check out was very easy. Views on Venice responded to our emails in a very timely manner.

Excellent stay

All the staff was very helpful leading up to our stay. They arranged a water taxi for us from the train station to the nearest location and we were met by Amir. He helped with our daughters’s luggage through the streets , gave helpful tips on finding our way back to the apartment if we lost our direction and he had helpful tips on places to see and to eat. He also scheduled the water taxi for our departure day and made sure we know how to get to the pick up point. The apartment was clean and by European standards was spacious. Beds and linens were comfortable and the kitchen and living areas had all we needed.

Nice apartment in a very good location!

Rossana was great helping with everything, arranging a water taxi, waiting for us when arrive, and giving us good recommendations for places to eat. The best dinner we had was on a restaurant she recommended

Excellent stay in Venice

Loved our stay here in Venice. The hosts provided lots of good information, recommendations, and booked water taxis for our arrival and departure -- making that part super easy. The apartment easily slept 4 and the two bathrooms were very nice. The location close to the Rialto bridge was perfect and made getting around very easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Short stay in Venice

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is very convenient to points of interest, but on a small side street that is very quiet. There are lots of restaurants and shops just minutes away. It was very hot while we were in Venice so we really appreciated the A/C. The hosts were wonderful also, communication was great, would definitely book again.

A great stay

Great location and set up of flat. One small staircase to reach apartment. Hosts were helpful in arranging water taxi from train station and water taxi for early morning flight home. Host met water taxi and walked us to flat, pointing out restaurants and grocery stores on the way. Very helpful!

Lovely stay in Venice

Welcome and guidance by Enrica, central location, comfort were the three important elements that we appreciated. If the apartment was equipped with wall hooks (near or above the electricity board) and a small shoe-rack (below the electricity board) in the entrance, wall hooks in the bedrooms and more towel hooks in the bathrooms, that would make life easier.

Super stay in Venice

My family and I enjoyed the apartment very much. It was very centrally located to all the sights yet private and quiet. Our representative met us at the alileguna line and guided us the to the loacation. Showed us around and made recommendations. Everything was as pictured and very clean. Checkout was super simple. We would stay there again and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Venice.
