Beach Vacation Rental

The location is great for a beach vacation. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Paola and Huston were also very nice and responsive to our needs.

Gorgeous Beach

Paola went above and beyond to be there for us. This condo is thoroughly clean. Everything you need for an extended stay, plus an adorable coffee/tea station for your morning start. We were here during hurricane and felt nothing. Beautiful beach, friendly community. Lots of everything within reach. We are very pleased to have stayed here. Will keep this Vrbo saved for our next visit to S. Florida. Thanks Paola for taking care of us so diligently!

My first experience in Hollywood beach:)

This was my first experience in Hollywood beach and Paola was accommodating from our first conversation and made the arrangement smooth. The location, security of the condo and access to the private beach is outstanding. I can’t ask for a better place to stay since I work nights and there is no disturbance during the day. I was also impressed with the tidiness of the condo. Thank you, Paula and you family, for making my first Miami experience perfect. I can not wait until I come back to stay in your condo. -Tsion

Renting from Paola is wonderful

We encountered a few problems when we first arrived. The bedroom fan and light weren’t working and the swimming pool had a leak and would be closed until March. Paola had an electrician come that afternoon and had night table lights arrive the next day. She was so helpful and sincere. She taught us how to get guest passes to a beautiful pool across the street which we really enjoyed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Construction

The condo was good and the pool was good. The problems were:There was no hot tube as advertised There was construction on the building by drilling the patios. The noise was so bad and concrete particles were flying onto our patio. They taped the windows with blue film and people could not go onto the patio. Our unit was not worked on but next to ours and up were. Had we been told we would not have booked there

Thank you for your feedback . I have shared the feedback with the building and construction crew. As listed in the description there is construction on the left side in the building. I will also review the amenities listed, perhaps there is an error. The building has heated pool not a hot tub.

Location, communication with owner, property staff where all outstanding. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning to Sea Air Towers. During our 7 week stay there was a lot of building maintenance going on which meant more contacts with owner than normal and Paola normally returned texts within 5 minutes. The unit was clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the beach furniture and the coffee bar. On the negative side the backup beepers of trucks making deliveries next door where very annoying in their frequency and loudness. Also the box bed sitting on the floor (as designed) was difficult to arise from for a senior.

I love the beach in Hollywood, when we saw the unit and building I fell in love with the unit and location.

What makes this property unique

This is not a business for me, this is a vacation retreat that I want to build memories with my kids. I take care of the unit and I enjoy hosting families since I know they will build memories as well. I feel the unit is bright and brings joy.
