We had a wonderful time. The view was amazing. Very clean place, easy check in. Close to so many things. It’s actually more beautiful than the pictures for the listing. We would most definitely love to visit again.

This was the 2nd time staying here and its just lovely. Check in was simple, staff and the host were amazing as always. Love the views from the master bedroom. Incredible! The kitchen had everything that I needed plus more.

The place was clean and had beautiful views. There are lots of rules (wristbands required, no luggage or extra chairs in pool area, extra cost for key fobs, etc), but overall great place. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great condo, super clean and nicely furnished, thoughtful and well stocked amenities, beautiful views of the ocean, conveniently located, and excellent pool area. Communication with Ben far exceeded expectations - quick responses and I really appreciated his thorough and helpful instructions! Highly recommend staying here. No fault of the condo owner, but the Tides check in process is inefficient and took over an hour.

Apartment was very nice and modern which I liked. Bedding was nice. Kitchen was well equiped. Was nice to have tge option of the pool or the beach. Little cafe in the building was nice to have as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment is very nice and spacious. View is excellent. Stood in line approximately 20 minutes to get checked in. Then had to go to another place to fill out paperwork for parking, then back to check in place to pay for parking. Parking paper said $20 per day so was expecting to pay $60 but was told to pay $100 for the week; not quite logical. Checking out was simple. Overall a nice stay.

I first off want to say that our host was exceptional. We were very pleased and impressed with the communication. He even let us check in earlier than planned, which was a huge blessing. He was very kind and accommodating. Our condo was clean. Everything was in good working order. The room did feel a bit sterile but some may appreciate a more neutral decor palette, and that in itself would not deter me from staying here. But now, what made our stay rough. Our biggest issue was the building itself. The description did give details on parking, which we appreciated. But the check in process is frustrating, and I encountered very few building employees who didn’t make me feel like we were imposters. The building is not clean or updated. And the many rules made you feel scared to breathe. The pool also closes at sundown, which was a big disappointment to our family. We got a fob to access the pool and beach, but had to pay for it (this is also disclosed in the description but worth mentioning). Overall, we had a good time but I wouldn’t stay in this particular condo again for the reasons listed.

Great location on the beach, Publix grocery store close bye, beach chairs & umbrelas in the unit, heated pool, and convenient laundry facilities. Our Host Ben was very responsive and space heaters provided were awesome due to cold weather!

Unit was very clean, great ocean view from master bedroom; hosts were extremely easy to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

This unit was absolutely beautiful! It was meticulously cleaned, and in the perfect spot! The views were breathtaking! The people that work at the property could use some customer service training. Most of them are not friendly. This did not ruin our stay and I would still go back again! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.
