Welcome to Christie Lane Lodge, a nine-bedroom Breckenridge ski house with room for up to 22. Spend the evening in the hot tub, by the wood fireplace, or at the pool table in the loft, and when the competitive streak kicks in, the game room over the garage has Pac-Man and Pop-a-Shot ready to go. This home is perfect for large groups who want room to spread out. Main Street is under a mile away, downhill the whole way there (and, fair warning, uphill the whole way back).



The Space:

Christie Lane Lodge is a classic Breckenridge mountain home with space for everyone: nine bedrooms, a game room, a pool table loft, a den downstairs, and a newly constructed expansive deck in the aspens. Bring the whole group; there's room.

- Main floor: 1 bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub

- Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds and an en-suite bath

- Lower level: 4 bedrooms with a queen bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, and 3 shared baths



Home Arcade (new, above the garage)

- Arcade cabinet, Pop-a-Shot basketball, Xbox One, and a retro Atari

- Board games including Monopoly, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Connect 4, and Candy Land

- A big sectional, a giant beanbag, and a large TV for movie night

- Card table for game night

- Mini fridge and microwave, so nobody has to leave mid-tournament

- Living room: vaulted ceilings, river-rock wood-burning fireplace, leather sectional, smart TV

- Loft: pool table overlooking the living room

- Lower-level den: Smart TV, leather armchairs, and a trail map for planning tomorrow's runs

The whole home is yours: every bedroom, the game room, the deck, the private hot tub, 2 garage spaces, and 4 driveway spaces.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits on a quiet, wooded street just above town. Main Street's restaurants, shops, and bars are 0.9 miles away, about an 18-minute walk downhill (the walk home is uphill, so plan your après accordingly). The free BreckConnect Gondola to Peak 8 is 1 mile away, about a 20-minute walk, and the Peak 9 base at the QuickSilver lift is a 4-minute drive. The Breckenridge Nordic Center is a 7-minute walk up the road.



Getting Around:

The nearest Free Ride bus stop is by the Nordic Center, about a 7-minute walk. The free gondola runs from town up to Peak 8, the Main Street trolley covers downtown, and Uber and Lyft are easy to find. With 6 parking spots, there's room for several cars.



Other Things to Note:

- The hot tub is serviced between every stay, so it may still be warming up when you arrive. It's usually ready within a few hours.

- No A/C, which is standard in Breckenridge. Summer nights up here are generally cool, and all windows are functional.

- The garage is a cozy 7 feet tall, so larger trucks and SUVs with roof boxes will need the driveway, which has room for 4.

- Pets are welcome with approval, and pet fees apply. Just ask us before you book.

- If you're planning to ski, check the resort's opening and closing dates.
