Stunning queen guest room with full bath. 3rd sun-filled bedroom with twin-over-full bunks, daybed, and skylight. Common area with new sectional that has a pop-up queen bed, tv, 2 skylights, & reading nook.  Outdoor dining table, huge deck with comfy furniture, gas bbq, & 2 fire pits. Dock, boathouse, 3 kayaks, & paddle board. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware/utensils. A/C, Wifi, new washer/dryer, blackout blinds, games, puzzles, and books for all ages. You will never want to leave!House is 3 stories high and there are 60 stairs from the parking area to the ground floor so this is not a good choice for people with mobility issues There is room for 3 cars at the bottom of the driveway and another 3 at the top of the driveway at street level There are no pets allowedEntire property line is waterfront so children must be tended to at all timesThere is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property including outside. Please ask any visiting guests to refrainMinimum age of primary renter, who must be one of the guests staying in the house, is 30 years oldI am available by phone call or text 24 hours a day while you are staying in the house
