Loved the 3 bedrooms all with King beds. Limited social space, we would go all day and when we wanted time together in the evening really only 2 places to sit comfortably. Also loved that we could take our spoiled 10lb dog with us but she could not go in the yard due to all the stickers/goat heads in the yard.

Would not recommend this VRBO. After booking, owner reached out and told me I needed to create a Happy Guest account to pay for insurance or have a 1000 hold put on my bank account. Front yard is NOT pet friendly, picture is deceiving. Back yard is not open to guests. Lots of traffic, house is on a corner lot. Neighborhood is rundown.

Ranch House short drive from Downtown

My family and I stayed at the following property for a football game at Empower Field at Mile High. It was a short, easy drive to the stadium, and the check in/ check out process was a breeze.

It worked well for my family and I but seemed to be unfinished with remodel. The front porch roof is falling down. The traffic on the street and neighborhood was non stop day and night. However was perfect for our needs and comfortable for my family. I didn't mind the neighborhood just the traffic and is close to everything so, very convenient, also has a nice kitchen w new appliances and washer n dryer. Overall I would stay again.

We arrived and the entire front yard was weeds and a huge dumpster was directly in front of the property. we entered the unit and all the beds had dirty linen, dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom, the unit had not been cleaned from previous tenant. The owner was contacted and didn't send the cleaners until 24 hours later. It was unhealthy to stay in an unclean unit and found accommodations elsewhere. The owner refuses to return my payment even though he did not provide the service that was contracted. Would not recommend.

The property was not as shown in the photos. From the time we pulled up to the house it was apparent that it was dirty and in disrepair. There was a dumpster in the front and the guttering was falling off the house. Inside there was a strong smell of mildew and multiple sites of water damage. There were holes in the carpet and holes in the drywall in the closet. The kitchen was dirty with smeary grease on appliances, the glasses in the cabinet were dirty and there was a rotten potato in the cabinet. The linens on the bed were dirty and stained despite the host saying it had been professionally cleaned that day. The house was advertised as spacious and did have 3 king beds but only one single love seat in the living room. The vanity in the bathroom was broken and only two towels were left despite knowing we had 5 guests. The yard was barren and had no outdoor furniture. I did not feel that this was a safe place for my children. When contacting the host he offered to send a cleaner and handyman. After much communication he did provide a partial refund but not even half the amount that was originally charged. He uses a happy guest platform which charges another 39 for damage protection and attempted to charge 25 per hour to check in early.

We had a great stay. House is as advertised.Here are our recommendations -needs new cooking pans/pots- kurig is great but a regular drip coffee maker would be better- gray pack and play needs a deep clean. There was nice purple pack and play also and that one was great.We would stay here again. We had 4 adults 2 babies and a 4 year old and we were very comfortable

This is not a vacation home. The pictures are very deceiving. The home is located in an area that is not safe. The home was very dirty. The yard had weeds and trash. I would never recommend. My family and I were supposed to stay for three days. When we got there it was nothing to what I thought I was paying for. I was terrified and could not stay but only one night. It was nothing like we had expected, and the two days we did not stay there, were not refunded, regardless of the home and location not meeting what I thought I was purchasing. This is not a place to take your family.
