Playful, adult-friendly 2BR with a private hot tub, dance pole, and retro arcade—15 mins to Downtown, 25 mins to Red Rocks, and 4 blocks to Sloan’s Lake. Note: The hot tub is in the private, enclosed backyard a few steps from the back door (see “Good to Know”). Cigarette/tobacco smoking outdoors only; no indoor smoking.
The Space
Living Area: 50" TV, retro arcade cabinet (Pac-Man/Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat), and a dance pole for lighthearted fun.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee maker, and stainless appliances — just bring groceries.
Bedrooms (2): Plush king memory-foam beds, TVs, storage; one bedroom includes a small desk for remote work.
Bathroom: Clean and functional, stocked with essentials and extra towels.
Private Patio & Hot Tub: Fenced outdoor area with a 4-person hot tub, grill, bistro dining, and string lights.
Hot Tub Location: Access via the unit’s back door; walk a few steps to your private, enclosed backyard. The tub is not inside the unit and not shared.

A single-level home that’s simple, comfortable, and easy to settle into — ideal for small groups or families.
Urban/Street Setting: The building sits right off a main road. Expect typical city activity and some traffic noise at times. Many guests love the quick access to Denver; if you prefer a very quiet setting, please consider this before booking.
Access to Hot Tub: From inside the unit, exit the back door and take a few steps to the private fenced backyard where the hot tub is located.
