Great communication, easy check-in and check-out. Made it so easily manageable for me with my kids. Location was perfect and home was in great shape. Home was also well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, shower, sleep, play, etc. Will definitely book again. Really appreciated how easy the owners made it for us.

The property was perfect for our family who were gathering locally for a reunion. The separate floors allowed us to spread out and have some privacy and for the kids to have their own space to play downstairs. It proved to be an ideal booking for our needs. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, low-key, comfortable decor.

Great weekend stay!

Great location. Plenty of room with easy access to Jiminy Peak amenities. Lots of activities to do for all ages both at Jiminy Peak and the surrounding area.

Perfect Home for a family ski trip!

Beautiful, comfortable home that had everything we could possibly need. Great access to the slopes and a perfect place to gather with the family at night!

Great location for skiing

A cozy and well-located spot for families looking to ski at Jiminy Peak, which was about a seven minute walk away. The layout had separate spaces for both kids and adults to have fun.

Great place to stay - would come again!

This was a great place to stay for our three night ski vacation. The resort is a 5 minute walk from the property and very accommodating for three children and four adults. The hosts were great and answered all of our questions very quickly. Would come again!

Wonderful home! Clean, comfortable and has everything you need! The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Convenience to mountain was perfect, house was stocked with all the things you would need- we had 4 adults and 5 kids (1 infant) and it was the perfect amount of space.

A home away from home

Great condo

This is a very spacious, clean and nicely decorated condo in a great location. Pictures are very accurate representation of the space. We used this base to travel throughout the beautiful Berkshires. We were here during an unusual heat wave, and without air, the condo did get very, very warm.

Great place with plenty of space !

We were here for the presidents day weekend and had a great stay ! We loved the basement and the fooseball table was a big hot with my 5 year old daughter and it was memorable playing with her ! Kathryn was very responsive. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, coffee maker. Kathryn was great to leave a bottle of cider for us and send us recommendations on restaurants, etc. High recommended !

Great stay at Jiminy Peak

We had a wonderful few days of skiing and relaxing at Kathryn's home. The house was perfect for our group of 7 and we really appreciated the wide assortment of cooking gear and pantry staples in the well stocked kitchen. Kathryn was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions throughout our trip. I was nervous about the walk from the unit to the mountain but it's a quick 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive-- we cut through Bentley Brook hotel and that made for an easy walk. We are already planning to come back next winter and stay at Kathryn's house again!

Stayed for 3 nights for a get-together with family & friends to celebrate the 4th and we had a wonderful time! Kathryn & Rob are terrific hosts! Kathryn was very communicative leading up to the trip, and provided a wonderful guide to the home, as well as suggestions of things to do in the surrounding areas. Check in was easy, and we were welcomed by a lovely handwritten postcard a bottle of local cider, and the home was very comfortable and clean, we enjoyed spending much of our downtime relaxing here. And the kids loves the game table! Highly recommend the nearby Jiminy Peak Peak Mountain Adventure Park for those looking for some outdoorsy fun. Kitchen and dining area were large and spacious and we enjoyed several dinners at home. Prior to our stay, the dishwasher broke, but Kathryn & Rob were kind enough to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. The only minor suggestion I would make would be to double check and re-stock the listed household essentials that may have been used up between stays, but we just picked up what we needed at the store. Overall, we had an excellent time and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Kathryn & Rob!
