Had to wait to check in until after 630, only a bottom/flat sheet on bed. Booked for 4 adults only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths. The location in deep ellum was perfect for us, the pool area was a bit of a walk, however it was very nice.

Clean & convenient but uncomfortable
Everything was great besides the most uncomfortable couch and bed. The couch felt like cardboard. It sat straight up so you could not relax. The bed was just as hard. The only way to relax was to stand pretty much. The place was clean & well stocked. Good location but would not stay again due to the couch and bed.
