Private mudroom entrance with laundry and private access to kitchen. Private professional gym on premises available per request. Guest suite includes queen size Sleep Number bed and private bath with tiled stall shower. OWowCow Ice Cream recently noted as #1 ice cream on the East Coast and #3 in the Nation is right down the road in the center of Chalfont. **Attention Travelers wishing for information for Summer ‘26 for the 250th Celebration of the USA: our rental is 40 minutes from Washington Crossing State Park & 1 hour from Philadelphia/Independence Hall.
