Nashville Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very nice, comfortable, modern, great location to the hot spots, amply stocked with plenty of towels, utensils and everything you would expect and need. Our host Allen was very pleasant and polite. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Home was beautiful, a couple of the bed spreads and towels has stains on them but other than that everything was wonderful! Communication was lacking a little but overall nice experience!

Quick weekend away

We had a great time ! Loved Nashville. The accommodations are exactly what is advertised. Clean and well organized…area is close to everything, walkable to the Gultch and quick scooter or Uber to downtown. (Walkable as well) Would recommend highly.

Great house with plenty of space to entertain and relax

Great house to have friends meet! Easy Uber distance to broadway, but enough and off the path ideal for relaxing. House had all amenities needed and plenty of space. Rooftop was beautiful.

Great location!

We loved this beautiful house near The Gulch. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The house has many bedrooms and beds to choose from and was perfect for our group of 8. Allen was very easy to contact and check in was a breeze. Check out the rooftop! We loved our stay in Nashville.

Great Communication

Property was very clean. A few dings and pings here and there but understable with the number of people passing through the property. Communication with Allen was excellent and he assured we would be able to chdck in early.

Great house and location, even on a very rainy weekend!

Enjoyed the visit with old friends. Walks were great when rain let up. Nice place to be inside pretty much all weekend. Sadly not the best communication I have experienced with other owner/managers but I am sure they are fixing it. Would definitely return, and look forward to getting some use out of the rooftop deck!

Perfect Nashville location

Our group of moms and teens had a great stay. It was perfectly set up for our use, and we really enjoyed the rooftop deck.. we were able to walk easily to the Gulch and Broadway although that was a bit more of a distance and we got a work out! We were not able to fit our transit van into the garage, but there was plenty of street parking right out front of the condo.

Nashville Vacay

Unit was nice and clean. Great central location. Rooftop view is amazing! Floor in king bedroom bath badly needs to be re-grouted. Missing grout makes for some sharp tile edges.

Great place

Communication with property manager was great, although one bathroom light did not work and the property manager said they were sending someone over, but no one came to fix it. Not the worst thing. Overall they were great. The house was cute and easy to get to and from. Lots of space. Only recommendation would be adding garbage cans to all of the bathrooms/bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Was great for 11 girls for a bachelorette. Rating 4 just because I can’t give 4.5 for the light not working and no one actually coming to fix it.

Love house hate communication

Loved the cleanliness of the house bu5 dishwasher didn't work and no one from vebo or kings rental replied to me calls or emails so I ended up doing alot of dishes that I didn't want to do. Aggravated about the communication

Communication was basically non-existent

The stay itself was fine, definitely some wear and tear on the unit. The communication with the host was the most disappointing part of the trip. Multiple messages were never replied to. Double charged my card so I messaged, no response to that, had to contact VRBO directly to get that refunded. Our flight didn't leave until 5 pm on the day of checkout so I asked for a later checkout or at least just to leave our luggage in the garage so the cleaners could clean, again, no response. For a property management group it was disappointing.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the communication issues you experienced during your stay—that’s definitely not the level of service we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing the double charge to our attention, and we’re glad VRBO was able to assist with the refund. Your comments about late checkout and luggage storage will be reviewed to improve our guest experience going forward. We hope to have the chance to provide you with a smoother stay in the future.
