Garage acts as a game room with high end Brunswick pool table and 4k HDTV. New furnishings and high end appliances, chef's stocked kitchen, ample room accommodations perfect for families or groups alike.

Central Location, Truly Close to All! Just a few blocks to restaurants, grocery stores, and general stores. The Bus Line 27 is a straight line down the hill into Pacific Beach (less than 5 miles)! The backyard with pool,and spa was wonderful. The spa was a perfect way to end our evenings and the younger ones really enjoyed the pool. The residence is centrally located for SeaWorld, the beaches and the zoo.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful home. It was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Todd checked in very frequently via text to make sure all was well. When I come back to sunny San Diego, I will look to book this home again!

Awesomely spacious house in a great location if you’ll be doing stuff in San Diego and north county (like the zoo and the wild animal park). The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic for my family too!

Great pool, location and house! We initially had some communication issues which caused a little stress prior to the trip but we got it straightened up before arriving. The house is as pictured!! Our last night the jacuzzi wasn’t heating properly and it had all through the stay. The owner troubleshooted it over the phone and had it working properly again in 10 minutes which we really appreciated. Great home and trip!

A gem of a home in the heart of Clairemont.
