This Vrbo is steps from the beach. You can hear the ocean waves as you sleep. The bed in the en suite bath was very soft and lumpy. The other beds were fine. Mission Beach is great for food, fun and just walking around. The boardwalk is great if you don't want to get sandy. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

It was a great little house. Just right for six people. The management company was so attentive. We needed the grill replaced while we were there. And they got one for us the next day. The only downside is that there is not a lot of outdoor spaces. One smallish patio that has space for the only dining table. BUT the beach is steps away!

For future guests, we’d like to note that the private patio is accurately represented in our listing photos and is thoughtfully designed for outdoor dining and gathering. The space includes a dining table that comfortably seats 6-7 people, additional bar seating for 4, and a BBQ, making it a great place to enjoy meals and relax together. While it isn’t a large yard, it’s intentionally designed to maximize seating and outdoor enjoyment. And with the beach just steps away, most guests find themselves spending their days by the ocean before returning to unwind on the patio.

Great place to stay! Our midsize suv fit perfectly in the garage. There were many beach chairs and beach items to use as well. The house was clean and very convenient to the beach. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied in all three bathrooms. Thank you so much! It was a very good experience!

The home overall was great for our family trip. The biggest downfall was there was no indoor dining table for our family to eat at. The afternoon sun would make the outdoor seating area, floor and table very hot to sit at. I am not sure the way around it due to indoor space, but it did make a huge difference in how we were able to utilize the home for meals. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for a VRBO!

The location of this house could not be beat. It was truly steps to the beach and there were so many places to eat within a couple minute walk. Even though it was a record heat wave, the house stayed cool. Appreciated the beach toys and towels. Would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Spring Break

We spent our spring break here with another family and absolutely loved the location. Steps from the beach made it so accessible. We love Mission Beach and the restaurants nearby are excellent. The house itself was perfect for 2 families and the views and sounds of the ocean were lovely.

Great location! So close to the beach. We appreciated all the beach items to use. That made our stay more enjoyable. I loved walking the boardwalk each morning. Make sure you bring your app logins for the tv. Overall, the home is kept in good repair. Thanks for the great stay.

Great location!

This house has a great location and clean! Even with the rain we were able to take the kids to the aquarium and walk along the boardwalk. Restaurants were within walking distance. We will be coming back!

Property was exactly as described and our stay was wonderful. Property is clean and has all a young family could need. Bathrooms, showers etc. are excellent. Communication from owners was very helpful. Overall best VRBO we have ever stayed at and we hope to visit again.
