The leather couch and large chair were not very comfortable to sit in (sliding when sitting and couch was shallow). Sliding glass doors could use some sheer curtains if someone is using the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen had everything you needed to eat at home. Located close to shopping, nightlife, beaches & all St Augustine has to offer. Golf is everywhere. Internet very fast. I do wish the patio furniture would have been a little more comfortable but overall just a great unit.

Not too far from groceries and restaurants. 20-30 minutes from the ocean depending on traffic. The floors could've used a more thorough cleaning before we arrived. We had to sweep and mop right away. The bed sheets need to be replaced.

Very nice. Felt the bathtub was a bit dangerous for seniors to shower in as it is large with no grab bar to help get in or out. Also no bath mat was available with a slippery tile floor. Otherwise we found it to our liking.
