South Point is only minutes away from the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, Marine Science Center , Fishing Fleet and Nature walks. South Point is a weekly rental building.

Nice condo

Good location. Was no aware that construction was going on so it was a bit loud during day with multiple construction workers but they were all friendly. No notice until one knocked on door to replace screen door. Condo was a bit smaller than we are used to and need some updates. Overall it was fine

This condominium overall was fine. There were no beach chairs or beach umbrellas (we were told otherwise) and other amenities listed that we expected which weren’t met . Overall the customer service could have been better.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not have any beach chairs! We typically make sure they are available in the unit prior to any guests arrival. We certainly would have purchased them for you had we known they were missing. I believe there was an AC issue as well while you were here and we purchased a couple of cooling Towers for you and refunded 50% of your stay. Not sure how much more we could have done, but we do appreciate your feedback and your patience and understanding regarding the AC.

My favorite beach

This condo was well equipped to sleep at night and then hit the beach and restaurants during the day. The ceiling fans in each room were great!
