Great Accommodations!

We had a very enjoyable 4 day stay! The townhouse was very well equipped with everything a guest would need. Great wi-fi, lots of tv movie channels available. Very close to lake, stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay. First time there and won’t be the last! Only thing that would make this a perfect 10/10 would be onsite kayaks/paddle boards for the guest! That is an option but this start was amazing!

Great experience.

Property met our needs, walked to Safeway for groceries, and close to shopping. Loved having a grill on site. We enjoyed our stay. Would come back again.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. Excellent location. Can walk to the grocery store, a few public beaches, and restuarants if needed. We appreciated the relatively new living room flooring and couch. The one downside is that the stairway carpeting needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. But, it looked like there was some new carpet in the closet that was waiting to be installed. Would stay here again.

Location is great and a tiny private beach was clean and welcoming. A very short drive or long walk to restaurants. The property is dated but clean. The bunk beds are really designed for children, but we did not need the upper part anyways. We had to buy our own coffee filters. Dishes and utensils were plenty and clean. Check-in was smooth and the management was very responsive.

Great Location close to everything

We attended a wedding in Kings Beach and this property fit all our needs. Our trip was only 3 nights but we could have stayed longer. Groceries, shops and outdoor activities so close by. The private beach access was especially enjoyable. The sofa is a little tired but everything else was fabulous. Bedrooms were very comfy, clean, and quiet. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Beach towels are available as well. We will visit again..

Place was dusty all over toilet had drop stains and the refrigerator did not work as soon as we checked in we notice we contacted management and she tried to help as much as she could, but definitely not staying there a

Great Week

We stayed here during a beautiful time of the year and enjoyed being close enough to what we needed, but still feeling secluded by the lake. The place had everything we needed and then some in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and cozy, and the beach was accessible with a short walk. The neighborhood was quiet and quiet hours were observed. Wifi worked great. Couldn't figure out the surround sound, but it didn't matter much. There were even beach chairs and towels (though we didn't use them, it was a nice touch). We loved the location where we could walk to the grocery store, the beach, and many restaurants. We brought kayaks and drove to the local beach, almost like a private beach. It was a relaxing week.

The condo was incredibly cute and comfortable very clean was stocked with absolutely everything we needed very close to the private beach and all the stores and restaurants we needed my only complaint was the only TV in the house did not work and we had teenagers with us and we were there for 4 nights 5 days so my biggest complaint was that we had no TV for the entire stay and yes we were on the water for most of the day but at night when we wanted to relax and watch TV we had none and was very frustrated for our teenage boys and then the ad it describes that it comes with a big TV and a variety of DVDs which we were not able to watch very disappointed other than that this day was great

Good location but needs updating badly.

The condo needs to be updated. Aesthetics are not the issue. There is a musty smell in the whole place. The carpets are extremely dirty. In the primary bath you could see mold starting and it smelled like a urinal. The primary bedroom bed had broken pillows and you could feel the springs. The windows definitely let in the cold and you could see the condensation. Downstairs it said to not touch the thermostat so we didn't. It was cold and uncomfortable the whole time. Feel like a gut job to remove mold and mildew along with tiles/or wood instead of carpet would help. The beds in the secondary bedroom were newer and fine.

Great place to stay

This is a beautifully appointed townhome with a private beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and the whole townhome was comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which were lifesavers. There were beach chairs and beach towels for renters use. There were a few things I believe should be changed ASAP to make it more pleasant. These affected my evaluation of the unit's value for the price. The entry carpet runner and downstairs carpet were very soiled and off-putting. The runner should be replaced and the carpets cleaned. The cleanliness of the floor in general was not what we expected. The outdoor table is so wobbly that it was unsafe to use, which was disappointing as the rear deck was lovely and there was a gas BBQ that we used. The table should be replaced. With these simple changes, this would be a good value for the tasteful unit and location with a private beach.

BUYER BEWARE! Disgustingly dirty!

This was the dirtiest rental I have ever stayed in! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. When we arrived, we noticed the carpet had A LOT of stains. Then, after walking on it for a few minutes, our toddler’s feet were BLACK. Since it was already evening when we checked in & our toddler needed to go to bed, we rented a carpet cleaner from the grocery store and carpet cleaned the unit ourselves. We spent our first night & morning carpet cleaning the downstairs and upstairs so it would be sanitary for our toddler. When we poured the water out of the cleaner, it was BLACK! We contacted the property manager & were told that, during their inspection before we checked in, they had noticed that the carpet needed to be cleaned. However, they chose not to clean it before our arrival or even tell us about it ahead of time! Although they refunded our cleaning fee, they refused to reimburse us for the carpet cleaner and the Swiffer we had to pay out of pocket for to do the job, even though they knew it needed to be done before we got there. Apparently, we did not give them an opportunity to fix the issue before we incurred those expenses. Though the opportunity for that was when they noticed the problem before we arrived. Their excuse was that they had had back to back reservations since May (we stayed in August). The carpet seemed to be MUCH dirtier than just this problem. While the private beach & location were nice, the disregard for cleanliness overshadowed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is not ready for renters. When we arrived the smell was strong of cat urine. We called management and they brought over a couple products to help. 2 large fans were going. I am allergic to cats. Thought we would leave next morning but kept windows open. Carpets are filthy. Living room couch is dirty and we covered with beach towels. The patio was very dirty so we were unable to use it. The mattress were good. Beach beautiful. Need to let people know this is a two story unit with steep stairs. This is our second year we have come back to property.
