House is located on a dead end street, and features marble floors (with wood floors in bedrooms), 5 TVs (including outdoor TV overlooking the pool), master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, walk-in closet, a balcony overlooking the back yard/salt water pool with heater and a large en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, glassed in shower, and double sinks, 1 guest room has a large TV, a queen bed, and en suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a queen size beed and a full bathroom. The living room has a wood mantle with 75" TV and electric fireplace and the family room also features 2 couches with 60" TV. The backyard features a bar bq grill, a wet bar, a refrigerator, and seating with a fire pit table.

I are born and raised in Miami. I love Miami and the area, we spend most of our time in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables or at some of the outdoor parks. I am new at hosting and so far only have reviews on air bnb- please see my 5 star reviews.

Why they chose this property

My house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you would want: from location, to pool, to fully stocked kitchen and many TVs throughout. I am located on a quiet street, on a dead end so no thru traffic centrally located to the beach, downtown, MIA airport, etc.

What makes this property unique

All 3 of the bedrooms have balconies with wood floors through out with bathrooms and TVs, living space has marble floors through out and a Nest AC system. The back yard has a heated salt water pool, wet bar, outdoor refrigerator, seating and a fire pit table. There is also a 1/2 bathroom located downstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs.
