We are two couples, 4 friends who decided to take a leap together and buy a property with gorgeous views but needing a lot of TLC. We spent 4 months cleaning, painting and renovating the house to make it ideal for families to enjoy it snd make memories here!

Why they chose this property

When we visited, we were captivated by the views of the Madelyn Marx Preserve, the tip of Parson’s beach, and the ocean beyond. The property is private and conveniently located minutes from the lower village of Kennebunk and Dock Square. We love taking walks from the house daily along the bridle path or to Parsons beach, and watching the view change with the tides and the season.

What makes this property unique

The views from every floor and just about every room! The “bunkhouse” has two built in bed nooks, offering comfort and cool place to hang your head after a busy day at the coast. Each has a reading light and usb charging stations. The loft is also an amazing spot with killer views and offering a second hideaway in the house to read, watch tv or hangout.
