This place was a great find. We use VRBO a lot and this host was one of the most responsive one we’ve ever had!! Very clean and well furnished. The location is great whether looking for a place to stay for a fishing trip or just to get away to a peaceful area. Highly recommend.

Made for a great base camp for our fishing trip. The private dock is great and the view was excellent. Did not take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit but they did look very nice.

It was a perfect getaway. The house was more than expected. They did warn me about lake levels ahead of time which is nice. We brought our flat bottom boat and was able to get to the dock. We also caught lots of crappie which is what the trip was for. All in all it was just about perfect. Longer stay would have made it perfect.

The inside of the house was well done and clean. Very well stocked and layout was great. The hot tub was not clean or ready to use and the outside patio furniture needed cleaned and ready for the season which was slightly disappointing for a lake house. The house was clean, well equipped, and lots of room for 6 adults. We loved the porch and the view was amazing. The manager was accommodating and very nice. Lake Fork was a bucket list and it did not disappoint. We will be back again

Beautiful home with a great dock

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The dock was fantastic and we loved spending so much time on it. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was super clean and very spacious. The hot tub was enjoyed even in the summer. The golf cart made the experience so much better since we spent so much time on the dock. The cove was perfect for kayaking. Definitely recommend this house.

There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how phenomenal this lake cabin is! A lot of the times the photos in listings are enhanced, and you arrive to find the furniture is dirty, or the home isn’t as stellar as it appeared online. Not this home! The photos didn’t do it justice. It was immaculately clean! Any amenity you can fathom was present. The TWO living areas was a bonus — the adults living area just off the master suite, then the kids living area off the kids wing—the kitchen and dining room divided the spaces perfectly. The kitchen and appliances exceeded our expectations so much we chose to cook each night! The beds were extremely comfortable. We appreciated the number of throw blankets available for cozy tv time! My only complaint is that we didn’t book for a longer stay. We can’t wait to come back this spring. :)

House and property are awesome. Everything was clean and ready to use when we got there. Lake was a little low. So we fought with turtles the whole time. While fishing from the dock. But managed to catch a bunch of small catfish and bream. Very peaceful place. Planning to return this spring.

We were fishing Lake Fork and Lake Winnsboro and it was a perfect location for both. Very clean stocked well with extras . Plenty of room for our boat. Back porch was very nice to enjoy.The dock was also very nice and a quiet area.
