Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery/cups/plates/coffee mugs/small appliances and other items you'd expect to have to allow for cooking and enjoying meals at the home. Plenty of Parking at the home including covered parking right by the entrance. Lot's of room to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends. Enjoy use of kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, fire pit, hammocks and fishing equipment. Incredible nights await by the firepit stargazing while staring over an open flame and catching up with friends. However we will be available by phone, email or text should you need anything during your stay. We’re approx 1 hour to Dallas area, 30 minutes to Canton for Trade Days and about 30 minutes to Tyler, TX..
