Enjoy the ocean breeze and breathtaking views of the ocean in this centrally located, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Captain John Fripp Villa. The villa is spacious enough to comfortably sleep 8. Each bedroom has a full bath and two of the bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean.

The Villas' private boardwalk is only a few steps away, making beach access a breeze. The beach club and Olympic size pool are located directly beside the villa and are a great place to grab lunch or ice cream!

Amenity cards are available to purchase with this villa and are necessary to gain access to Fripp Island Club restaurants, pools, fitness center, tennis and golf courses.
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Property needs some care. Downstairs bedrooms doors do not latch. Spiral staircase didn't seem secure. Rugs were trip hazard as my husband fell. Location was great, views great, but didn't know I'd pay a fee to both websites. Very expensive. Ending up costing 450 a night. This was for my 75th birthday. Construction going on in unit below us and hammering all weekdays. No grill as pictured

Check in was fabulous. Condo needed some TLC. The back porch door mechanism failed and for 2 days, we could not get in or out of the door until maintenance could replace it (they tried to fix it temporarily the first day but the mechanism failed again immediately after he left). Maintenance guys were fantastic and this was no reflection on them whatsoever. Before they fixed it, the door stuck terribly. There is floor missing in one of the master bedrooms…. The sub flooring is actually showing. Some of the outlets don’t work. There was NO lighting outside the front door that worked, so getting down the stairs at night was hard forMy 82 year old mother. I can tell the owners have tried to update it and the kitchen was great and well stocked. For the price, it should be a bit more updated….. and not being able to use the back door to the beach for two days was a bummer and a bit inconvenient…. Not to mention a fire hazard. However, We still had a great family vacation week, so thank you!

Perfect spot for sandy toes!

The location is perfect. Everyone can get to where they want to be - pier, pool, beach, marina. I’m glad someone recommended a golf cart since everyone zooms around the island. As stated, some of the furnishings are dated, but everything was cozy and comfortable. Beach chairs and a wagon are in the garage. We hope to visit again soon!

HAVE STAYED IN THIS UNIT FOR MANY YEARS, NEW OWNERS DID NOT KNOW IF THEY WERE RENTING. LOVED TO SEE THE 134 CAPTAIN JOHN FRIPP VILLA. VERY NICE.

Great for family!

Upstairs large bedroom perfect for 3 children, (11, 11, & 13). Great view of ocean and easy access to Olympic pool.

Perfect location for a family

There were plenty of friends and very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, could be a little better stocked. The floor plan is great for a couple small families or one large family.
