This condominium rental offers your family center-of-island convenience and activity. Beach Club dining, The oceanside Sand Bar, olympic and 'adult only' pools, shops, and exercise room are just next door! Clay and hard tennis /pickle ball courts are across the road as are walking/bike paths that cross right over the marsh, allowing a close-up view of nature's nursery. Marina water sports, Veranda Beach, Camp Fripp and scheduled naturalist-led family activities complete the offerings which make Fripp Island the ideal vacation for every family member. Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Fripp. The condo was as described and the view was beautiful! I loved having my coffee on the balcony each morning. The condo is right next to the resort club, so if there’s music at night, it can be loud; but the convenience of everything was great. We would love to stay here again.

Unit was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. It is beach front and provided a great view of the ocean. It is located in the middle of the island and very close to the beach club. The owner was very easy to work with.

A hidden gem

Fripp’s Island is a ideal getaway for families. It is a quiet beach with lots of room and the Resort has all you need. Just park and stay. The condo was just as advertised and we loved that our pups could be with us. Could not have asked for more.

Second straight year staying at this property, and making plans for a 3rd. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is nicer than ours at home! Centrally located to everything on the island. Private pool and private beach access along with a storage shed for beach equipment. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing View

Our family of 4 children 7 and 4 throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The ocean view and getting to see deer walk the property is enjoyable for all of us. The owner was excellent to deal with and make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked all our meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious! I would highly recommend this property and we will certainly be back.

perfect 2 bedroom condo

I recently stayed at a wonderful 2-bedroom oceanfront condo and wanted to share my review. The condo was not only nice and clean, but it also offered a convenient location right by the beach. The proximity to the ocean made it easy to enjoy the beautiful views and access the beach whenever we wanted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Great stay on Fripp

Home from another wonderful stay on Fripp Island. This was our second stay at this condo. It is very comfortable, has great views, and is so close to the beach, the beach club and pools. The owner is wonderful to work with and was responsive to any questions we had. We appreciate that amenity cards are included, which meant my husband was able to golf every day! Great getaway!

Ocean view, right at the beach, sunrise and sunset spectacular. Magical setting. Fripp is a very special place. One resident told us, “There’s not much to do here, and that’s how we like it.” That sums it up well. And the condo fully met all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fripp. We’ve stayed at this condo many times. It is very conveniently located to the beach and dog friendly. Joanne, the owner, is responsive. Our only complaint is the bed in the master is very uncomfortable but she’s agreed to take care of it. We will be back.

The condo is in the PERFECT location to visit the beautiful Fripp Island. The space is well appointed with bathrooms on both floors which was VERY helpful for our Aunt who has mobility problems. The pools and the beach are just steps away. The host was VERY accommodating and easy to work with. We left a silver necklace at the condo and the owner went to a great deal of trouble to make sure it was returned safely. Highly recommend.

Perfect Fripp Trip

Our stay was perfect! We’ve been to Fripp Island many times, over the last 20 years, staying at various locations. This location was, by far, our favorite. Beach access at all times, private pool, center island (making it convenient), quiet, and awesome view. The condo was very nice, well stocked, and plenty of room for our family of five…plus our miniature long haired dachshund. Our host, JoAnne, was great…very responsive and took great care to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely book with her again.

Beach front beauty

Loved the location! Could see the ocean from the balcony of the unit. Close to central island amenities- adult pool (with live bands), Olympic pool, arcade, gift shop, and small store. Kitchen has been updated nicely with upgraded appliances and marble countertop. One assigned parking space located near unit. Short walk to the beach through the complex courtyard. Unit has a pool shared among the complex (highest depth is approx. 8 feet).

Fripp Island May 2024 week

The condo was fine and close to a number of amenities. The HVAC system needs to have a de-humidifier as the bathrooms and entire upstairs stayed at around 85-90% humidity when the A/C was not down to around 68 degrees. The condo is very close to the "entertainment" next door and going to bed early is not an option. The kitchen is well equipped and enjoyed cooking our meals there. Having a pet friendly policy is also nice to be able to take our aging dog and enjoy some walks on the beach.

Great Property

Nice and clean property. Very close to the beach, 3 swimming pools and a food court. Property is close to the Sandbar (a bar) that played loud music that could be heard inside the property until late at night a few nights during our stay. Property owner was very responsive and friendly. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed the deer and private beach. The only thing that wasnt enjoyable was waiting almost an hour on the bridge to check in as check in must be the same for everyone staying on the island. Early check in would be appreciated next time or have staggered check in so that everyone isnt arriving at the same time. Overall we would stay here again.
