Welcome to Searenity - 165 Beach Club Villa, Fripp Island, SC!

Centrally located, with amazing canal and marsh views, and an easy 3-4-minute walk to Fripp's wonderful 3+ miles of beach. Private fishing/crabbing dock. Accommodates up to 4 guests.

Our rates include a golf cart, linens, wi-fi, and cleaning at checkout. Resort access is not included but is available at an additional cost. We can quote rates with resort access and amenity cards. 1 pet considered $200.

The resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools, restaurants, and activities.

You can get up to 4 amenity cards with a 12.8% resort fee and cards priced from $28 - $55/card depending on dates and length of stay. We can provide a quote for rates with resort access and amenity cards.

Most people do purchase amenity cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are several good restaurants nearby off-island. We provide info for local dining and sightseeing.

We can consider one pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $200.

Major updates completed spring 2025. New paint and LVP flooring throughout. New kitchen cabinets with quartz and wood counter tops. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. New seating and television in the main living area, All new seating on rear deck. Updated bathrooms. Over the past 25 years our guests have enjoyed their stay, and our ratings attest to that. There's lots to do on the island and in the local area and we provide you with some great information. Fripp is a very special place, and we hope that is what you get from your experience.

The main living area provides great marsh and canal views, comfortable seating, and a new 50" TV. Enjoy a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes. All new seating to enjoy as well.

TV in each bedroom as well as access to almost unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available, or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-quiet and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and utensils.
