The Space:

Paradise with privacy! Enjoy this Saltwater Canal home in Sailboat Country. This bright home features an oversized corner lot with a large saltwater HEATED pool and paver lanai. With two short turns to the Intracoastal, it offers both convenience and tranquility. Recently renovated, this home is designed to comfortably accommodate families and friends with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping up to 6 people.



The property is filled with natural light and boasts updated kitchen and baths. With all new appliances, furnishings, kitchenware, and bedding, it is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spend your days swimming in the large in-ground HEATED pool, fishing, or paddling from your own backyard with a kayak or paddleboard. The Palm Coast Marina is just minutes away for those wanting to bring a boat or jet ski.

The location is ideal, just minutes from shopping and dining. European Village is around the corner, offering shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment events. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for pool to be heated so that we can ensure the pool is nice and warm for your visit. Bring your furry friends, pets are welcome for $100 / pet + tax. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pet so we can add to your reservation! List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.

- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.

- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.

This property was clean and comfortable for my daughter and I. We were able to bring our small dog with us. Great quiet neighborhood close to everything. Nice relaxing outdoor area with pool. We enjoyed staying here and would love to stay again. The management was quick to solve a minor issue that came up.

Nice house in quiet location

Comfortable attractive house in a quiet neighborhood. It was great for walking and near some nice parks. When looking at prices for other rentals in the area as displayed on local realtors offices the price of this rental was way overpriced particularly when you add on the huge VRBO charges.

Nice location, very nice neighborhood. Pool was very nice and clean. Advertised well stocked kitchen, in my VRBO experience not so much, but did have very basic items. All in all a nice stay and comfortable furniture that was I fact comfortable and not cheap.

My family & I absolutely loved this property. The house was clean, very open, plenty of places to sit & had everything we needed. The heated pool was so nice to have! Alina was great to communicate with. House is in a great neighborhood. Access to the garage was a plus as we played games in there when it was colder outside. Would definitely recommend this property!

We come to Palm coast every year and love the area. House has everything you need. Checkout process was very easy and host was always available when needed. Only thing I would add is having pool cleaned more often. We were there for over a week and only had the pool company come once. Other than that, great stay.

Wonderful getaway

We enjoyed our stay greatly! It was such a nice getaway. The pool was wonderful and the house was tidy. We cooked and ate out while we were there. It was close this shopping and restaurants and only 30 minutes from the best beach! I would say more towels and rags are needed with a larger family. Also a pizza pan would be a great addition and more lighting around the pool for night swimming! But it was a great stay and we will be back for sure!

Great Experience - we really enjoyed this place.

My family enjoyed the home so much. Thanks for sharing it with us. We enjoyed comfortable beds, beautiful natural light, great air conditioning system and most of all the screened pool lanai with view of the canal!!! The ample outdoor seating, string lights, heated pool and shade umbrellas were the extra touches that topped off the outdoor experience. I appreciated the desks and office chairs for some computer work that needed to be done on the laptop. The WiFi and internet worked well. I can say that the location is convenient to shopping as well as the beaches. Visit the Java Joint beachside cafe for a great meal. We took the doors off of the jeep and we enjoyed being able to park in the garage at night. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.

Property needs landscaping outside pool area. Pool area has a lot of moss and weeds growing from the pavers. Fixtures are dated. Master bathroom needs shower head change.

Good overall

House was good and location great. The house needs some work though. Dishwasher is shot, throw rugs stained, kitchen and master bath had very little water pressure, wood strip in floor needs repaired (it had a blue strip of tape holding it down); bathtub needs recaulked, it had a little water mold in it and looked bad). 7 lightbulbs were out.just small things easy to fix.

Great location

Pool and patio in the Sun the whole day and used both. Landscaping is terrible, some caused by a freeze late last year. House is not handicap friendly. There are two steps in living area. One bedroom has a step down and one up to living area. Property management company was excellent in fixing things we needed.

Great 2 week vacation!!

Our family consisted of my wife and I and our 3 granddaughters (ages 12,15 & 15). The home had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great living room for movie night and the pool was amazing…. We would definitely rent it again. The home could use a little TLC, but we understand it is a rental property. Also could have been cleaned a little better. My wife did a quick mop on the tile and wood floors since it was obviously overlooked for a while, but we had a great vacation.. Thank you Just one last thing… the jack and Jill bathroom shower had almost no hot water. Lukewarm at best, but the girls survived 😁

Not Ideal for Families

Hard to know where to begin, really...My family and I stayed at property #2410467. As previous reviewers have stated, housekeeping needs tremendous improvements. Cleanliness is poor, and we had to clean due to pet and previous guests' hair, along with dust all over the floor. An option was offered for cleaners to clean the following day; however, all our luggage had been emptied, and we felt uncomfortable having strangers come over while we were out with vacation plans. The kitchen also needs a few things like more eating utensils, and the can opener was broken. A bottle opener for beverages would have been nice, along with a cutting board. More shower towels, blankets, and portable fans would have made this stay more pleasant. Note to future guests: Make sure to purchase your own toilet paper, laundry soap, kitchen basics like salt and pepper, and hand soap. The neighborhood and county frown upon celebrating New Year's with fireworks, so look elsewhere if you plan on that.

What a great place

Newly remodeled. Being retired commercial contractors some of the reworks we found amusing, but most people would never notice. The plumbing in the shower in the master suite needs some work, It worked but was not ajustable. Beautiful spacious home. I had trouble getting the channels in the master but used my streaming services. Big tvs in each room, great central area for gatherings. Kitchen had almost anything you could want. The heated pool area was very nice. Had an excellent grill both charcoal and gas. Did some fishing in the salt water canal which is technically the back yard. Day we arrived there was a large manatee making himself at home in the boat lift area. It was all very relaxing. They did need to do some landscaping where they lost stuff during the exceptionally cold winter. I probably would have done some if I had had my pruners lol. Looked like alot of it was coming back so just needed some maintenance. This home is in an excellent location. Was large enough for each couple to have space. The tub drain in the bathroom could not be closed so they could not take a bath. All said I do not believe any of us would have wanted to stay elsewhere. It was just lovely. I will stay again if I find myself in that part of Florida

La maison est bien aménagée, lumineuse et acceuillante. Le seul bémol est la distance pour se rendre à la plage, mais sinon, nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison. Nice area. Property Mgr was quick to respond. Yard Around the pool needs cleaned up as it is overgrown but it was outside of the pool area so it didn't affect anything but it could be a beautiful yard with a little attention.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved the updated look of the inside of this house. The living areas were all open with a large window view. All the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms had granite and the furniture, bedding and fixtures were all higher end quality, which I appreciated. We thought we could park our van in the garage, but to our surprise there was already a vehicle in it, so we used the garage once to unload. The front door is directly in front of the driveway so it was easy to just pull up and load up when we were ready to go. I would recommend some more supplies. There wasn't enough forks, knives and dishes for more than 6 people at a time and we had to wash them whenever we needed to use some for the next meal. Loved the kitchen table as it was very large to fit the entire family. I'd also recommend including more laundry soap as we couldn't do a load before we left. It would also be great if you supplied more dishwasher soap. Only a few tabs of cleaner wasn't enough for us. The canal was a wonderful spot to throw in our fishing pole. Our 13 year old friend loved going down to fish. The pool area had plenty of places to relax, eat or hang out. Everything in the home was clean and fresh, which I greatly appreciate. Overall we had a wonderful stay here and would recommend.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice house with lots of closet space. Kitchen and laundry also offer lots of storage. Pool with covered table and moveable umbrella a nice bonus. Loved the non-tourist feel of the area and quiet beaches we visited.

Not the ideal vacay rental

The WiFi was poor and barely worked. The house was not very equipped with even the very basics. 2 bathrooms came with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom with no back up. House keeping also needs to be improved. This rental seems like it’s owned by someone and rented out to a third party who maintains the house and is doing a very poor job. Make sense why the house has no reviews. Not the ideal vacay rental.

Liya, sorry you felt that the house was not well maintained. The house is being professionally managed by Virtual Homes Realty, management company. Its definitely immaculately maintained. Wifi router has been replaced and we are now supplying extra toilet paper. We do expect our guests to purchase their own beyond what we can supply since different guests come and stay for different length of time. We would love to host your family again soon!
