Cottage 73 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms stand-alone cottage on stilts located on popular Shore Drive. This quiet, safe, family-friendly cottage has easy beach access and is just a 2-minute walk to the beach! During your stay, you will enjoy the convenience of being only a few minutes to a number of world-class golf courses, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Barefoot Landing, the Apache Pier, an entertainment complex, Tanger Outlets, Grocery Stores, Ocean Annies, and countless restaurants.

This cottage can be found in the highly sought-after Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. It will sleep up to 6 people with a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a fold-out couch in the living room. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom, and its own TV in addition to the TV in the living room. There is a washer/dryer off of the living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you would need to dine in. Cottage 73 has private parking underneath, it's own private outdoor bar, and an outdoor shower for cleaning off after spending a day at the beach.

We have wonderful year-round neighbors, including our HOA members, so we ask that you be respectful of them while visiting our cottage.

There is a strict no-motorcycle policy for the neighborhood.

It is required that you will need to abide by the Horry County Noise Ordinance from the hours of 11 pm-7 am. During these times we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum. If you receive 3 documented noise complaints you will be asked to leave, without a refund.

Please keep in mind that this is also a non-smoking cottage. NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside or on the grounds of the property.

Great rental

Cottage 73 Stay

The cottage was great and our stay was wonderful. It was clean and ready upon our arrival. Our only issue was the cable television in the master bedroom was not working.

Palumbo Family 2023 Myrtle Beach Vacation

Guest Cottage 73 was a great place to stay. The kitchen and flooring in the main room were very nice for a beach rental. The bar in the parking area below the cottage is a great addition. This cottage is in a great location. Quick easy walk to the beach and some nice little shops. Pools are located close to the cottage as well. The whole area is just so nice. We can't wait until next year.

Why they chose this property

This property has recently gone through a full update and is located in one of the most desirable and family-friendly locations in Myrtle Beach. Cottage 73 is removed from the middle of Myrtle Beach but is only a short drive to the airport and an even shorter drive to all shopping and restaurants! This property is only a few blocks from the beach and a short 2-minute walk!
