Very beautiful, luxurious villa "Meletta", built in 2015. 3 km from the centre of Gambassi Terme, 19 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 32 km from the centre of Volterra, in a quiet position. Private: small garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 11 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking at the house at 30 m. Shop 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Certaldo 8 km, Monteriggioni 11 km, Barberino Val D'elsa 26 km, San Donato in poggio 36 km, Siena 55 km, Firenze 59 km. Please note: car recommended.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche vor Ort.Die Lage des Grundstückes ist absolut ruhig und im Haus fehlt es an nichts.Besonders die Aussenküche ist ein Highlight.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Sensationelles Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer tollen Garten und Poolanlage. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gartenanlage ist eingezäunt, somit konnten wir auch unseren kleinsten bedenkenlos springen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus

Die Villa Meletta ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Wir haben die 2 Wochen nur genossen. Beste Ausgangslage um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind äusserst nett und haben uns unter anderem mit frischen Feigen verwöhnt. Wir kommen wieder!!

Fantastisch

Traumhaftes Haus und wunderbarer Pool, sehr nette Vermieter , alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich wirklich für sich. Wir hatten eine Woche mit Temperaturen über 30 Grad. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Zufahrtsstrasse, welche nicht für Rennvelos geeignet ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, Ausstattung und Zustand sind sehr gut. Der Pool ist Klasse.

Meletta Toskan

Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bittet genug Platz für zwei Familien. Der Aussenbereich ist traumhaft schön. Der Pool wurde extra für uns länger offen belassen. Wir würden die Villa Meletta sofort weiter empfehlen.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Wirklich großartig! Viel schöner noch als auf den Bildern, sehr nette Vermieterfamilie, für Familien sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort. Super Ausgangspunkt für Städtebesichtigungen nach St. Gimignano, Siena, Florenz etc. Wir kommen wieder!
