The space
This lovely spacious 2 bedroom is nestled in one of the nicest quiet residential area directly from Wilson Park (2 min walk). Our home has a beautiful office and ample sleeping space to relax or work remotely.

The family room has comfortable sofas and a SmartTV for you to log in with your own internet-based services, like Netflix/Hulu if you wish! In the hallway closet, you will find board and card games to pass the time after a long day exploring this beautiful hidden city gem.

The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of table settings and the essentials needed to cook a great meal.

Our guest must be an adult 21 years of age (photo ID may be required upon check-in) and will be an occupant of the residence during the entire reserved period, no unauthorized people can stay on the property.

Quiet Hours 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. (weekend 11 p.m.- 9 a.m.)
As this is a residential neighborhood no partying, music, or loud behavior is permitted that will disturb our neighbors. We also request that you are quiet in the driveway when returning late at night.

Guest Access
The flat is accessed through a side entrance with a keyless entry system for easy in/out access. Guests will be provided a unique code prior to check-in to use for the duration of their stay.

Free street parking can usually be found directly in front of the house

The partially finished basement offers a washer/dryer set that is completely free for you to use.


We kindly advise that being an older duplex, there may be occasional sounds from the upper unit. We strive to ensure a peaceful environment and have taken measures to minimize any potential disturbances. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard. It’s your typical multi-family unit in a cool, peaceful, and safe part of town!

Great flat for our family stay

Everything was as promised from the ad, and the owner went out of their way to make us comfortable. There is a garage for one vehicle to stay off of the street and everything worked fine for us. The neighbors in the downstairs flat were pretty quiet but there were a few times we could hear them. The bed in the 2nd suite was a bit concave but it didn't ruin our sleep. If you are picky about your pillow, you might bring your own. Overall, a great stay and a great price.

Girls weekend

Spent a long weekend in Milwaukee for a few fun events. I wanted a central location that would allow me to stay close, but in a quiet area. Coco Château was the perfect spot. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped. The coffee pods were enjoyed by my sister-in-law, my niece enjoyed the Cheetos, and I appreciated the bottles of water. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both rooms. The living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a few movies during our stay. The bathroom (especially the shower) was well light, roomy, neat, and clean. We appreciate the safety of the door locks, and the ease in which to communicate with Ana. We felt very comfortable, and would be happy to book another stay, if we find ourselves in Milwaukee again.

Highly recommended for your visit to Milwaukee

We stayed here when visiting Milwaukee to primarily visit Frank Lloyd Wright sites and art museums. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughter. This apartment (lower half of a 2-unit building) was just right for us. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood of small, single-family homes and was very convenient and close to the things we wanted to see (Pabst Mansion, Joan of Arc Chapel, Milwaukee Art Museum, Basilica of St. Josaphat, Grohmann Museum, Burnham Block). Check-in was easy with a coded lock and there is a detached garage in back to park in. The unit was a great size for us. Spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and bathroom. We did not utilize the living room much but there is ample seating and a large TV. The bedrooms had comfortable queen beds, window blinds for privacy and convenient mirrors. There is a large closet in the master bedroom and hangers provided to hang your clothes. The bathroom has a large glass shower, plenty of hot water, and fluffy towels. The kitchen is amply stocked and has a cute coffee bar with Keurig pods provided. We didn't do any cooking other than reheating leftovers, but the drawers and cupboards are labeled with their contents to make finding what you need easy. The dining table is in front of a window making for a pleasant place to eat. The whole unit is decorated in a fun, contemporary style that makes for a very homey atmosphere. The owner was quick to respond to our questions.

Wonderful cozy stay!

Ana’s home was perfect for our long weekend in Milwaukee. I travelled with my spouse and another couple and we loved the spacious living room and fully-stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We loved how close it was to the downtown/lakefront area (about 10 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and charming and parking was very accessible. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud at times, but that is to be expected in a unit with hardwood floors. Overall it was a wonderful stay and Ana was a great host!
