Property was great for what we wanted. 10 minutes from Busch stadium. Tons of beds. Backyard area was nice and relaxing with speakers surrounding the pool. Basketball hoop was also a plus. Great for our Bachelor party. Would recommend.

This property is great for a large group with multiple sleeping areas. The pool was excellent and was our primary hang out spot. In the house there is a lot going on and it’s a bit cluttered. Erik is a very nice host who was very responsive to messages.

This home is an experience, not just a place to stay.Every room has its own personality, and the entire house is full of character, creativity, and fun. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, shooting hoops, or finding a quiet space to unwind, there was something for everyone.The backyard at night is absolutely magical. The pool lighting and outdoor atmosphere create a vibe that pictures simply can’t capture.Erik was an outstanding host. He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish and even cleaned and filtered the pool daily so everything stayed perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests.This house played a huge part in making our trip unforgettable. We can’t thank Erik enough and will absolutely be back. Some hosts provide a place to sleep. Erik provided an experience we’ll be talking about for years. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic host and amazing home

Erik has a great home that accommodated all of us with plenty of room. Erik was also a very responsive and attentive host. He gave us a tour of his home upon check in to ensure we have everything we needed for our stay.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved this home ! We have 3 children 14,12,&11. We all loved the house and the amenities. I didn’t have to leave the house for anything ….. really enjoyed our stay ! Hope to be back in the near future !

St Louis - crazy storms

Property is a historic home built in 1907 I think. Eclectic and fun, pool was great in the heat, and we had downpours this time of year. A/C was good in the oppressive heat. Thanks Erik for the hospitality.

We were the commercial where the family arrives at a sketchy rental and ends up going to a hotel. Between the police raiding a house next door and the cluttered messiness of the house, we ended up fleeing to a hotel without ever actually spending the night at this rental. This place may be great for some, but for our family of five, it was not.

Not a lot of options in the area for a large group and appreciate the ability to accommodate our group of 14, however bookers be aware that there is an upcharge of 20 per night per guest for any bookings over 4 persons which makes this a very expensive option in the end. We were not aware of this when booking and assumed the listing that can accommodate 16 is included in the quoted price. Had to increase our initial reservation due to more family members coming and was shocked at the increase in fees. Owner was great with working with us to get this resolved and helped with a discount from Vrbo but future bookings should be aware of this issue. House is fun and quirky with lots of amenities offered but cleanliness was not up to my standards with mouse droppings on the bed covers, in the bathroom and areas of the kitchen. We sanitized everything and kept going but others may not be able to roll with this. Also please note that the area of town is a bit sketchy. We had one family member harassed and followed on her morning walk.

Amazing Host and great property

Erik was amazing to work with. He made sure we had a wonderful stay. The property was very eclectic and had everything that we needed. Check in couldn't have gone smoother and Erik also was very accommodating in helping us get back a few items that were left at the home. Our stay was relaxed and fun due to having a great space to come home to at the end of the day. Because we came in December, we didn't get to take advantage of the yard and pool but that looked like it would be a great space in the summer. I can't say enough great things about the host!

This place is totally a vibe! I told the owner that I would have to be there for at least a week to see everything it has to offer. I stayed in the room with the projector. I tend to be a little bit of a bed snob. It was truly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. I saw another reviewer mention this place was owned by a hoarder. I do not agree. I think they have done an excellent job of bringing in everything that you could potentially need for an amazing stay. If you are looking for a five star sterile feeling environment, this is not the place for you. This place is eclectic and fun!

Too MUCH Clutter - Very Uncomfortable

This property is oversold! Borderline hoarding ... no space to move around, had to scoot sideways around the bed, dresser drawers would not open ...; Way too much stuff packed into a small space! No counter space in the kitchen. Borderline hoarding!!! Very difficult to enjoy yourself when there is no space to relax. I would emphasize "Less is More" in this case! Embarrassed that I didn't review property better. Next time hotel!
