The host was super welcoming and made it very easy to check in. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The rooms are very big and the beds are super comfortable. EXTREAMLY nice house and very well kept! Would stay here again!
Chateau St. Louis was a wonder first experience in the city. We stayed for 5 nights and loved our experience. The home was very well maintained and well stocked with anything we needed during our stay. We loved how convenient the location was with most of our activities being no more than a 10 minute drive. We also loved the availability of a covered parking area. Jake was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. 10/10. Would recommend this home for any one visiting the city.
Great for multiple families. Bunk beds for kids to sleep and play around. Backyard playground equipment was a great energy waster for children. Comfortable beds for big and little people. Backyard area for evening outdoor dinners is nice as well. Secure parking area for those traveling by vehicle.
Very comfortable and clean property. Plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor space was adequate. Kids enjoyed the playground. Location was less desirable but we had no issues.
The house was so cute, I loved the floral wall with the mirror! It was very family friendly out back & in the bedroom with the bunk beds, that worked out so perfect!! The beds were comfortable & having laundry available was perfect. It was close to so many things, we went to the Soulard Market which wasn’t far at all, we visited the City Museum, The Zoo, we walked around the Arch! Even Felixes our favorite pizza spot in St. Louis! All around, 10/10 experience. Thanks so much!!
Our family loved this location. It was the perfect spot to explore the city for our first time. The living room was comfortable and the dining table was perfect for family dinners. Our kids said the bunk beds were the most comfortable beds they’ve slept on in a VRBO and we travel often!
This is by far the best property our group has stayed at in the St. Louis area. Nothing we needed was lacking. The enclosed parking was wonderful to have. The host was very quick to respond to any and all messages. We would be happy to stay here again on future trips if the availability is there.
The home is beautiful! The only complaint I had was the Queen and King bed were ROCK solid and not comfortable in our opinion so I suggested to the host and they are working on it for the next guest. Garage parking was so nice! The back patio was the highlight of the trip. The balcony is perfect for sleepless nights star gazing at Orion’s Belt! The kitchen had everything you could think of even coffee creamer which saved our lives the first morning. The ice machine had a hard time keeping up with us but they had a cute cube ice trays which saved the day! They have very nice fans and separate ac units for upstairs and downstairs which was a highlight. Their binder full of goodies and info was so nice. The home is beautiful and the host had an amazing response time and so friendly.
Wonderful stay! Jake was very responsive! The house is near everything. On average our drives were 5-10 minutes. Check out process wasn’t extravagant. It was very reasonable. We brought our Great Dane and there was plenty of room in the kitchen by the basement door to put her crate. The kitchen is well stocked! We bought TP and PT but we never had to use it. The hosts seem very generous. We will stay again when we come back to STL.
The home itself is wonderful. It had everything you would need and was beautiful and very clean. I appreciated that there was a large amount of glasses, plates, bags of ice, games, completely fenced in yard. There is a recycling bin in the alley (please recycle). It was very close to the city. The only downside is that the area felt a bit unsafe. Lots of boarded up buildings, signs posted about selling drugs, some questionable people walking around, etc. That said, there seems to be a lot of renovation going on, so hopefully it will improve. The area is Benton Park West and considered 'eclectic' online.
