About this property

Pool House 3 miles from the 🏖 Beach

This home is very comfortable. It provides covered parking for two vehicles, additional parking for a boat, an RV, or additional vehicles. It has three rooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people and enough toiletries to make any stay a care free stay. The home has a pool, BBQ, outdoor dinning area and screened in patio with lounging furniture. It is located 3 miles from the beach. There is a train track about 500 yards from the property. The backyard is fenced in but not secure enough to leave pets unattended. There is a thick berm of trees and bushes that helps shield from the noise when trains go by but if you’re a light sleeper, this is not the property for you. The location is amazing and the property itself is in like new condition. We accept pets please bring your kennel just in case you need to leave your furry friends at home alone. We don’t allow pets on the furniture and will be very candid with our reviews. We do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We expect our guests to have the same attitude towards us.

Pets not allowed unattended in yard or patio area. If left home alone they must be in a crate. NO WIPES IN TOILETS
Pets not allowed on the furniture. Or unattended in the yard. They can escape and get run over.
No parking on the grass. The city will give you a fine. Take the trash out. Mondays & Thursdays please. Put trash in garbage bags, tie up, then in bin
