Stunning property with fantastic views. We had to use Ubers as too far to walk to main restaurants due to steep hills, but this was easy and also regular bus if preferred. Very happy and beautiful place to visit

This apartment made a perfect home away from home for my family of six. We ran into a delay on the way in and the agent who helped with check-in was very gracious and accommodating. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with stairs and elevator access. Parking was available. The place is well-furnished and comfortable for six people hanging out, dining, sleeping - it has everything. Shopping and restaurants are close by in Villefranche sur Mer, but be aware that the hills are steep and roads narrow. Best of all was the view of La Baie des Anges from the deck, where we drank our coffee with the sunrise and wine as the sun set. I highly recommend this delightful apartment.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a family or two couples. Very convenient to have a washing machine and clothes line after travelling. Our third visit to this apartment with many memories of the amazing view whilst sitting on the balcony enjoying meals or apero.

Make sure someone really does meet you at the property or you’ll have a miserable time!!!We couldn’t find the lockbox then the key is not a normal key but like an end of a screw that need adjusting and turning several times one way then another! Also we had no instructions on lighting and even no door sh towels or pillowcases! The host was on holiday so I totally blame the concierge service!! They should be fired!!! Also it is not an 18 min walk to a he beach!! It is on top of a hill and you need a car or uber!!

Both the apartment and Villefranche exceeded our expectations even with all the positive reviews. Woke up every morning looking forward to the magnificent view. … and the sunshine. One thing to mention if you have a car. Better plan on a “character building” driving experience in both the neighborhood and Riviera in general Walking is not really an option (steep) but did often see a small bus at the adjacent bus stop We already hope to come back some day

Thank you for your kind review. The charms of Villefranche-sur-Mer are obvious, and it’s true that having a car makes getting around less physically demanding. Perhaps I didn’t emphasize enough the appeal of the minibus line 84, “La baie des fourmis,” which lets you go directly to Beaulieu beach or Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat. You will be welcome for a future stay.

Beautiful Apartment in Nice

This is a beautiful apartment, with an amazing view and excellent parking! It's also a quick bus ride to historic Nice. Having a second full bathroom was also very helpful with 4 adults in our group.

Excellent 2 week stay. Fabulous views & comfortable accommodation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We flew to Nice & were intending to hire a car but we didn’t need to. The efficient public transport enabled us to get around easily. The walk to Nice was a pleasant 25 min downhill walk & we did this several times.

Spectacular view of Villefranche sur mer and Nice! Apartment was lovely, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, great dining room view to enjoy a glass of wine and meal with friends. Location is 10” walk to the grocery store and bakery for fresh croissants in the morning. Would highly recommend this place but the view is over the top! Mesmerizing

Stunning view! Well stocked & clean comfortable apartment. Our 5 person family fit great here and everyone slept comfortably with so much lounge space for family time. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs! We can’t say thank you enough for how kind you were with our family. Can’t wait to come back.

Côte d’Azur For A Week

This apartment was perfect for the two of us for a one week stay in Villefranche even though we didn’t need a 3 bdrm. The views are amazing and we enjoyed coming home after a day touring to this gem of a property. You will have all of the amenities you need, a comfortable temperature (we stayed in Sept), a cozy large living room with panoramic views and an amazing wrap around balcony with a sweet little dining area outdoors that is covered. We loved it!
