Centrally located 5 bedroom home in the heart of Dallas! Minutes from Trinity Grove, Bishop Arts District, and Dallas Love Field Airport. 2 master suites with 3 extra bedrooms and a large backyard - great for large groups with plenty of room for everyone!


Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

Close to downtown for any event in one might be attending in that area. Spacious home with several beds for a large group, all very comfortable, too! Nice kitchen and dining space, as well. Great communication from the host.

We had a group trip to Dallas for a convention. The house was spacious, very comfortable, and a short easy drive into the downtown area. The hosts were incredibly responsive to us - I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Great Family Thanksgiving Getaway with a Few Hiccups

We stayed at this Vrbo over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was a lovely experience overall. The house's five bedrooms were perfect for accommodating our family and extended family, giving everyone a comfortable space to sleep. The setting was ideal for a family holiday, and we thoroughly enjoyed making s'mores, watching movies, sipping hot chocolate, and playing Jenga and cornhole together. The living areas were spacious enough for us to dance, and we had memorable breakfasts and a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner in the dining area. However, there were a couple of issues that prevented us from giving a full five-star review. The listing mentioned having two queen beds in the living room, but the sofas did not convert into beds. We reached out to the host for clarification but unfortunately didn't receive a response, which was disappointing. Additionally, the description mentioned there was a grill, but we couldn't find any information or signage about its location. Despite these setbacks, the home was a great fit for our family celebrations, and we cherish the memories made during our stay. With a few improvements in communication and accuracy of the amenities listed, this place could be a perfect retreat for family gatherings. **Please Note:** - **Parking is Limited**: The garage accommodates only one car, and the driveway can fit a maximum of four cars. There is one parking spot in front of the house, which only fits a single vehicle. Plan accordingly if you have multiple

Bachelorette Weekend for Sister

We were told check in is 4pm and were very surprised to find a cleaning crew knee deep in cleaning the house upon our arrival at 4:45pm. For a house that has 8 Queen/king size beds, I was expecting the kitchen to be stocked. We found 3 wine glasses, 6 coffee mugs, and no bottle opener. The owner was gracious enough to purchase and drop off champagne glasses for our group of 10 the next day. There is a small tree out front that was swarming with wasps when we arrived and because 1 in our group is allergic, I contacted the owner who sent his assistant to handle the wasps our first evening. The backyard had not been maintained despite the pictures on VRBO. The rug downstairs in the living space and the carpet on the stairs had multiple spurs/stickers in them from the yard. Overall the stay was good for 2 nights but I was not thrilled about its location. Parking available for 4 cars max! The check out instructions are straight forward however, the cart under the stairs where the trash was supposed to go has a keypad and is locked.
