This stunning, spacious new build is perfect for your Dallas getaway! Settled right in the heart of the up and coming Trinity Grove District - close to bars and restaurants, minutes from Downtown & Bishop Arts District. Four bedrooms featuring 2 master suites and an upstairs loft area with a mini foosball table and a futon couch for extra sleeping. Quaint backyard perfect for your fur babies. Large couch in living room can also sleep 2 people comfortably, plenty of space for everyone 🎉


Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. The owners were beyond accommodating and super flexible, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The neighborhood was full of new builds, giving it a fresh and modern feel, and we never once felt uncomfortable—it was quiet, safe, and inviting. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect!!

The pictures do this house no justice ! This house is so beautiful and updated on the inside. It was perfectly cleaned and well maintained. We will be booking this home again in the near future. The only thing negative is that the listing says a foosball table and a grill in the backyard but is neither. However, I still give this property five stars!

The Neighborhood

So over all the house is beautiful, clean and very well put together, but however before we enter the neighborhood before we even got to the house I felt unsafe. The neighborhood that the house is at is in a high crime are, I heard shooting all night for the 2 night I stayed there. Their are homeless all over the neighborhood and drug addicts. I didn't feel secure I do not feel safe and I paid too much money for me to feel this way. I was seriously considering staying at a hotel when I first pulled up to the house.
