We rent our 150 m² villa with a swimming pool in Clapiers, a town bordering Montpellier. The property is 15 minutes from the centre of Montpellier and 20 minutes from the beaches. With its two master suites and two children's bedrooms, each equipped to sleep two children, the house is ideal for two families. The 150 m² house includes: two master suites (bathroom + dressing room), one of which is on the ground floor; two children's bedrooms with trundle beds (two single beds); one large bathroom with a bathtub; two separate toilets; a laundry room (washing machine and dryer); and an open-plan fitted kitchen. Dining area with an extendable table seating 10 and a large living room with two non-convertible sofas. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart speaker are included. A covered terrace allows you to enjoy the griddle and barbecue with a table seating 8 to 10 people, or play pool. The 900m² garden includes a 12m x 4m saltwater swimming pool (secured by a cover), a trampoline, and a children's playhouse. Parking is available on the property.
