The guests from the guesthouse have their own entrance and THEY DO NOT have access to the backyard or pool. The guests from our guesthouse park their car on the right side of the driveway.

We stayed for 4 days over the New Year. The house is cozy and clean, had everything we needed. The owner answered all our questions and was super friendly. This property is gorgeous!

A little bit of Paradise! Our host, Claudia, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We found this home at the last minute for a family event and thank God we did! Summer in Miami

The rental was central to all the activities we scheduled. Also, central all the key places to visit in Miami. Even though there's a studio attached, we were not bothered by the other tenants what so ever. We had sole access to the pool which was beautiful, well maintained and refreshing due the humid weather. The rooms and rest of house was really clean and everything was well maintained.
