Inside, the open-concept layout is filled with natural light and stunning lake views from both levels. Whether you’re dining on the deck, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoying complimentary coffee and treats, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable lakeside memories.

The Space

Enter through a spacious foyer with plenty of room for coats and shoes, keeping the home tidy and welcoming.

The primary bedroom offers beautiful lake views, space for a king-size bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa. A pack-n-play is available upon request for guests traveling with little ones.

This thoughtful layout makes the home ideal for families, friend groups, or multi-generational stays.

Security Cameras
Two exterior cameras are installed at the front and back doors. They are motion-activated and may take periodic still photos during the day. House rule violations observed may result in fines or removal from the property.

Home Condition
This is a well-loved and frequently enjoyed lake home. It is professionally cleaned, and appliances are maintained. The downstairs carpeting shows wear in high-traffic areas, and not all spaces have been recently remodeled.

Neighbors
We have wonderful neighbors who value peace and privacy. Guests may not enter neighboring lawns or boat decks. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

Nature
Being lakefront, you may encounter bugs or spiders outdoors. We schedule regular treatments, but nature is part of the experience.

Fireplace
The fireplace is not operational and is not available for guest use.

Grill
The grill is removed during fall and winter months.

Ŵould stay again!!Views are amazing! The property offered a wide range of extras including snacks, toiletries, kitchen items. Big plus!The kitchen was well-stocked with all necessary utensils and supplies locations labled, making cooking easy and convenient. The property was nicely furnished with 4 sofa bed convertibles, 2 sets of bunkbeds, and a very cumfy master bed. Though its only 2 bedrooms there are lots of shared spaces to sleep. The dining table was large as well, seeting 8 comfortably. Nice entry way to leave all your shoes at the door and coats ( 2 large closets in this space). Overall a great stay with awesome views , and wonderful host.

Amazing Views at this cute cottage on Lake Ontario

This cottage home was quaint, very warm and welcoming and had amazing views of Lake Ontario. The host provided coffee, toiletries, a well stocked kitchen and lots of extras. It was the perfect place for our sisters weekend. :)

Excellent Views!

The house was clean, just as described, and had all the little extras! They thought of everything; such as individual milks to go with complimentary cereal, laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. You can tell they actually put thought into what their guests may need. Will absolutely be back next time we come home to Rochester.

Place has great views ! Bugs at night but to be expected being on lake. Bathroom was great! Will stay there again only thing I can really can complain about is storm doors need replaced ASAP. Fix them everything else can be lived with! Front and back….see you next time!

Great kitchen with a view

We rented this house to host Easter dinner and it worked perfectly! Kitchen had everything we needed and dinner was enhanced by the view of the lake! Beds were very comfortable and host was very responsive.

Relaxing vacation home

We had a great few days relaxing in this home right on the lake. Communication with the owner was impeccable and all of the extra amenities (snacks, toiletries, etc) were a very nice touch. Everything we could have needed was already there and we felt right at home.

Beautiful cottage on the lake

We had an amazing time. The house was clean, everything was labled, plenty of sunlight! We would definitely stay again. We stopped by the Seneca zoo and Rochester museum of play. Thank you for making our stay unforgetable!

Incredible Host and Property

The views of the lake were beautiful and could be seen from everyone on the first floor. The house so cute and decorated perfectly for a lake house. The owner is wonderful and had amazing communication with us. She has also thought through everything that is needed for the stay, including coffee, tea and snacks. We loved every second of being there. We hope to come back again!

Perfect for weekend getaway

We stayed here to attend a family wedding and overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was as listed. There were a few minor issues communicated to the property manager and she responded promptly. The location and amenities were very nice. We would definitely stay there again if our travel plans take us to that area again.

Check in was very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the kitchen faucet is a little odd as it does not turn from left to right. Both the front and back door frames seemed a little loose, making the doors hard to close. The furnishings seemed like practically new - the beds were very nice and the sofas were as well. We didn’t use the pull out sofas, but we opened one up and they would be very nice to sleep on. We had a little problem getting the front door to lock and Leslie came by and checked it out in less than hour.
