Each unit has private patio overlooking 40 feet of waterfront! Enjoy morning coffee and experience beautiful sunrises with the ocean breeze. Our piece of waterfront is a favorite area of local manatees to swim in with the tides, along with schools of jumping fish! The amazing water views and aquatic wildlife is second to none! The Beach House has 2 Adjacent Units  that have been newly renovated and furnished with coastal ocean vibes. Perfect for Extended Stays- Come to vacation, work, or play! The location is perfect- just minutes (3 miles) from the excitement of famous Atlantic Avenue, restaurants, shopping and the best beaches (2.5-3 miles)! Looking to fish for Peacock Bass?! Lake Ida is only 3.5 miles away!! Walmart, Starbucks and great bars are just a walk away! Need extra space?! Consider the adjacent 2 bedroom unit: The Space: Bamboo Beach House consists of 2 private units, which can be rented separately or together for larger parties. You’ll find all the comforts of home on the water. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. K-cups and tea are provided. There is dedicated workspace and high-speed WIFI. The living area includes a Roku smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming apps. The bedroom has a KING memory foam mattress with plenty of pillows and clean white linens. There is also a 40" Roku TV located in the bedroom. Another sleeping area is the FULL memory foam pull out sofa. The bathroom has all the necessity; white towels, black makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you forget your own. As an ADDED BONUS we provide beach towels and small coolers for your trips to the beach. No need to pack these extra items in your suitcase! Feel free to take our 1 or 2 person KAYAK out to explore our little piece of paradise. Each unit has its own private outdoor patio to enjoy the serene waterfront view. The patio is perfect for morning coffee listening to the waves and birds or for closing out the night with a bottle of wine and quiet conversation under the twinkle lights. Also, enjoy the provided charcoal BBQ. Shared laundry is available in the garage for guest use. Bamboo Beach House is perfect for a weekend visit or extended stays- The high end, bright and airy furniture and décor will have you wanting to stay forever in sunny South Florida! *PET INFORMATION- We do allow up to 2 well trained pets per unit. Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated which we can provide when the guest is not at home. For SERVICE pets we require ADA documentation. (ESA or therapy pets are required to be included on the reservation and must pay the pet fee) ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH US IN ADVANCE. We are located on a quiet, dead end street. Quick drive to Delray Beach or famous Atlantic Ave! Walmart is also less then mile down street. This property is a short term rental and we provide enough essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) for short stays. If more are needed during the stay it’s the guests responsible. In order to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our short term rental, we use a variety of effective cleaning supplies such as Fabuloso, Pine-Sol and bleach. These products are carefully chosen for their proven ability to disinfect and sanitize surfaces, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all our guests. This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
