The home was just as pictured and described on the website, beautifully maintained and well equipped for our needs. The location was perfect, walkable to shops, restaurants, and tennis center. Our host answered any questions immediately. Loved the keyless entry. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this property.

While the property itself was mostly as pictured, we had immediate issues upon our arrival. Our flight landed very late so we didn’t arrive at the property until close to 3 am (getting was very easy, no issues there). We were traveling with our 1 year old and wanted to put him to bed ASAP. The listing showed there would be a travel crib/pack n play but upon searching, we could not find one. Then after a very long travel day we just wanted to shower and go to sleep. We opened the shower and it was crawling with roaches. We finally just called

The apartment was very clean and modern. There was no creamer or sugar for the coffee and the water filter in the refrigerator was red and the water was quite disgusting.

Not very clean on check in until I saw why the cleaning guy sits in his truck for a couple of hours and spends 10 minutes cleaning the place

Deco Delray

Nice property, well equipped except for tables and chairs, found the uncomfortable and dangerous. Ice maker does not work. It be desirable to have more outdoor living space. Overall: good

Great Property & Location!

This was perfect for me and my husband. It is smaller than I anticipated but perfect for the 2 of us. It would be too small for more than 4 people. The bathroom is very small with no counter space. There are "just the basics" in the kitchen so if you are having people over, be sure to bring/buy paper plates & disposable cups. Loved that they provide a Kurieg! Would absolutely stay here again! The Ave is 2 blocks down, its in a safe, quiet neighborhood and it has 2 parking spots (made things much easier for our friends who visited with a car)!

Spent two hours on the sidewalk with my family, waiting to get in because the door code was never set up with my information. You finally responded and gave us a code to get into the property, but the property had not been cleaned from the last visitors and had trash all over the place beds not made, dirty towels, etc. Eventually, we were relocated to the adjacent property. This properly had roach traps all over the place, and we saw roaches throughout our stay. On the last day of our stay, which was Monday, we were woken up by loud noises and found that there were roofers, working on the roof above us, so much for sleeping in on your vacation. Overall, the location was great, check-in process was absolutely horrible, and unit had pests in it.
