The location of this property is great for shopping and morning walks to get coffee. We spent most of our days visiting relatives, but the VRBO had everything we needed for comfortable nights (including remote ceiling fans which came in very handy!)
Very Clean property- wonderful location - just several things to consider which may or may not matter to people. There is reallly only 1 Bed (plus a crib). The couch/ futon in the living room is not comfortable or well balanced and tips over when extended. There is a very steep staircase right inside the door which can be challenging for anyone with knee problems. Also kitchen has minimal plates/ cups no sharp knives and limited cooking pots and pans.
This 1BR 1BA is clean cozy and ideally located a short walk from downtown Burlingame and the Caltrain station. It’s near the tracks but I wasn’t bothered by the train noise by using a fan as white noise. The kitchen is quite small and didn’t have many utensils. And the living area desperately needs a floor lamp. Overall I loved it and would stay there again utensils (no measuring cups, colander,
Great place to relax between sight seeing & adventures
This was a great place to land at the end of each day - we had a kitchen, living room & outdoor area to help make us feel very much at home while we enjoyed our time in the Bay area!
I like it here. It’s my 3rd time. The area is great: downtown Burlingame is a short walk. The neighborhood is pretty, with big trees and pleasant homes. The apartment is always clean and cozy.
Spent a week here and enjoyed myself. The apartment is cozy, and has a kitchen and laundry facilities. Burlingame and its restaurants are a short walk nearby. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I hope to come again.

It was convenient. It had everything I needed. I will be back
Dedicated parking directly in front of the entrance to a tidy second floor BNB. While the street is busy during the day, the area becomes silent at night. Very comfortable firm bed (Simmons Beautyrest World Class). Excellent communication with the host. Recommend stay.
We stayed in Burlingame due to access and proximity to the San Francisco Bay area. The space was very accommodating. The kitchen and laundry were as advertised.
Easy walking distance to restaurants and other entertainment options in Burlingame. Very pedestrian/bicycling friendly community as well.
The only real drawback was the proximity to the commuter rail lines. Trains run about every 15 minutes from 5am-9pm.
Kate was a very responsive host. Overall, we would stay here again.
Great location for exploring San Francisco if you have a car
It's a very good environment except for a little noisy train noise. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. If there is any problem, the owner will take care of it immediately!
A cute little apartment in a classic old arts and crafts bldg. Super clean, well equipped for light cooking, ample toiletries (nice shampoo!) and towels. The most comfortable bed we've slept on in many trips (better than the bed in the Hyatt Regency we just stayed in!). Easy (< 5 min) walk to cafes, restaurants and groceries of debt Burlingame. Close to train station for public trans to SF. Train is noisy, but mostly on weekday mornings. Owner is wonderful to deal with. Would stay there again.
This was everything we hoped for - location, simplicity, cleanliness and excellent communications and check-in with the owner.
When arriving there is a request not to wear shoes in the home and complimentary flip flops. This should be part of the information, as we seniors, can be wary of going up and down stairs without solid shoes to support us. Also in the house, we often need the support that shoes provide. Other than that give this your best consideration.
This is a great location to downtown and a beautiful community park. If you have difficulty going up and down stairs I don't recommend this apartment. Bring your ear plugs the traffic and train noise is bearable but loud at times. Persons under 5'4" will have a hard time reaching the freezer because it's on a raised platform. The rest of the kitchen
is fully functional. The bed is comfortable and there is a pleasant outdoor space toward the back of the property.
We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect and within walking distance to Caltrain, shops, restaurants, library, Starbucks and Safeway. Check-in was smooth and host was super attentive and helpful prior to our stay. There was plenty of natural day light and windows to open which allowed for a lovely breeze throughout the day. The windows are double-pane and help reduce the street noise and train whistle (which brings back fond childhood memories). I always travel with disposable earplugs and a sound machine, but it might be nice to have those available at the unit as complimentary. There are plenty of pillows and blankets and the ceiling fans are a nice touch to keep cool during the warmer days. The space is very functional and met our needs for a quick and unexpected trip. Thanks Kate!

Needs a lot of TLC!
This was our first Verbo and probably our last. We chose it because we wanted to be near our grandchildren for the holidays. The place, not as it was described, seems like it is an afterthought for the owner who has invested little in it. The sheets did not fit the bed, and some of the pillows, which were old and lumpy, did not have pillowcases. The quilt was extremely old and shabby. The handheld shower head was precariously attached to the window frame. The soap in the bathroom was just water. We had to request more necessary items like toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. It is not an easy location since it is right near the train station and the walls are so thin we could hear conversation in the business downstairs. The best to be said it was very clean and the manager was easy to contact.
