Great Location!

The location to the beach was amazing! Cocoa Beach is wonderful too! The walk in shower was terrific. The mattress on the couch was awful and I had to buy an air mattress. The air conditioner looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The closet smelled musty. The apartment felt like a remodeled motel room.

We have a brand new bed and this condo has been loved by everyone -as it says in the remarks if for any reason you are not happy with something please let us know and we will take care of it immediately not 2 months later after you check out -as we had our housekeeper clean nicely for you prior to arrival and we always want our guests to be super happy

Place is as advertised. Was in a nice peaceful location. Couch could use an upgrade. Could feel the wood under me when sleeping.

The sofa bed was terrible & we had to drag a mattress out of the closet every day. we never did have any TV. No storage at all, no drawers no closet. We only stayed 3 days & moved which cost us extra money

Cute place. Everything was clean. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Towels and washcloths were not provided (there were 2 beach towels), so we had to purchase. Air conditioner could have used a cleaning. Overall, a cute little place for the cost.
